Chase doesn't let you get your money when you need or want to from other atms it's bs I have needed to get money out for important things and they will deny my withdrawal I do not recommend them if you plan on mot using there atm every time and they charge you a fee if you use a different atm I know BECU don't

Joseph Day was awesome and squeezed us in. He also got us custom debit cards with the Disney Castle and got us set up for online banking for both of us. We’ll definitely send over friends and family.

I had a very bad experience at the ATM this morning. I inserted my card and entered my secure number. Once I got in, i was unable to select the correct choice, I couldn't exit either. My card was stuck, I could use one key (deposit funds) I deposited a dollar just to get to exit but it did would not allow that key to work! I waited 20 minutes before it timed out and I entered the wrong security number when asked and it released my card! This is scarey security issue!! Anyone could have gotten my card this machine is out of order.

Drove 20min because it showed open until 5pm on Maps. All other locations closed were closed. They were closed. Big inconvenience and very disappointing, take the 5min max and update the status to closed like all other locations in the area.

They changed the hours to closing at 5 on week days and were closed at 4:20pm. What the heck!

Just tried to deposit $600 into my grandma's account with the deposit check she gave me from her checking account. They refused to take it. they said I would have to come in and buy a money order or cashier's check in order to deposit the money into her account. Run from Chase Bank. Absolutely ridiculous. With BECU. And the teller was absolutely rude about it.

The drive through poles are so close, my truck mirrors hit on both sides. Who builds these ? Chase banks are out of date in WA state . If you are looking for any kind of loan, choose a smaller bank as these guys dont seem to lend for anything. I had a $200 error showing 8 years ago and it was their fault but still muddied their decision on a loan. It is their bank so they can do as they choose and it is my opinion that they stink and can write it if I choose.

bad costumer service they need more employees . I had to wait a long time because one of their client had a fruad case going on and it was going to take 1 hour and a half more after waiting 30 mins to sent me to smokey point .
