“From the moment I decided to take my car to Olsen Auto Body & Collision after my accident to the moment I got my car back Brittany at the front desk had been incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond! Insurance didn’t want to pay for a rental car, and it was looking like I wasn’t going to have a way to get to work..BAM.. Brittany has a loaner car for me to use. Brittany updated me regularly with what was going on with my car, and how long it would be until it was finished. I was originally quoted up to two months, but the car was done in just over a month. The thing looks brand new! Other than my bent license plate you would have no idea that the rear end of my car had been smashed like a soda can a month prior. Olsen’s crew did outstanding work, and they will be the only place I take my vehicle should I ever need auto body work done on my car again. Can’t recommend them enough!”

I enjoy the work that’s been done and I enjoy whenever I talk to the service writers/techs in person but sometimes the service writers over the phone can be a bit pushy trying to add services I don’t need. As somebody who has brought my car in a few times now, I recommend just being clear about exactly what you want done over the phone and the techs will do a great job!”

“It may sound lame to compare Rod’s Auto Tech to a personal trainer for your car, but that’s how I think of it. My Mazda Miata’s unscheduled breakdown in a cold and rainy parking lot was a demanding situation for me, and Rod’s Auto Tech came to the rescue. For master technician Jeffrey, this may have seemed routine, but his attentive and immediate service made a horrible situation into a low-stress outcome. I’ll be back to Rod’s Auto Tech with both of my family Mazdas, even though I’ve always used traditional Mazda dealers as my only source of service. Jeffrey is like a commercial Mazda dealer service department with an array of extras. And an always pleasant attitude.”
