We have nothing against Wells Fargo, they aren’t any worse than any other bank. But don’t use this location. We have had more than one incident with an aggressive employee and when we discussed the issue with the manager he basically told us it was our fault. And to be clear, I don’t mean aggressive in terms of sales, I mean in terms of yelling, shouting, accusations and a generally violent temperament.

This branch is about as slow as molasses in the winter, every time I go here. The line gets bogged down by peeps at the front counter with issues. Why not move these "issues" to the manager who is busy on TikTok and surfing the web in order to keep the line moving for the rest of us who have simple transactions?

This is one of my favorite branches to stop at now I'm not going to lie I did have one guy kind of give me attitude once but to my surprise he called me the next day and apologized, I feel it's safe to say we all have had one of those days , I'm not like a super rich guy but with a few buissness and annoying bank stuff they seem to be pretty nice and willing to help me with the weird ways of my financial needs.

Holy crap. If I could report this company I would. As I'm going in I have someone open their car door on me with no apology then I walk around a car to go in then I see this guy running towards the door to be first in line. Whatever rude people I guess. Main piece: The Asian manager just says where I work loudly like I wanted everyone to know where I was working then just walks away. On the paper it says where I work... When I ask "why he said where I work" he SLAMS my bill onto the glass then says, "it says here" then kicks me out of the store. What kind of a manager are you and why are you so old fashion. I DONT NEED YOU TO GIVE MY INFORMATION then when I ask why did you do that In front of people you just go all ego ballistic and kick me out. Trash manager nice workers. I bet they hate him too. He kicked me out at 4:40 so everywhere els was closed.

I do all my banking at this particular branch due to the quick and personal service i am provided.Dylan,Chase,Becka,Frank and the rest of the staff are very professional and courteous.I drive past several other branches from where I live in North Everett to this branch just for the service and personal attention i am provided.If it where not for the people and service at this branch i would have probably gone somewhere else to do my banking.My personal and business accounts are with Wells Fargo.Thank you guys for your excellent service and hard work during the last two years with this pandemic

I had an appointment at this bank, it was awful. I made an appointment in advance and when I came to the bank I waited for the employee for 15 minutes. Out of the allotted hour, I was given 20 minutes, the bank employee is not competent in bank matters and cannot explain anything, the employee who opened the account for me said that he could not continue to work with me because he had a personal appointment. I needed to open a business account and a personal account, in the end I did not open any of them. Terrible bank, terrible employees, I do not advise working with this bank. I would give -5 stars for their work.
