10 people in line - not an exaggeration - this is crazy and other bank employees are here who could step in to help.

The bank wouldn't accept a $120 cash deposit into my cousins checking account. She said it was to cut down on money laundering. I asked her to show me in writing. But she said no. I asked to speak with the manager and she said the manager was not available. I asked if she was proviling me? She said all banks have a policy don't allow cash deposits into an account if your not on the account. I walked out! I called my bank and asked if all banks don't allow cash deposits into an account which they are not on. My bank said said banks do not have a policy which does that

Tellers at counter with a line. Helping drive up before line inside . People inside were there first. Then the tellers all left. No tellers at counter. Not very good customer service.

about the only good thing about this bank is that it's one of the cleanest. I have continually been lied to and about here, treated like a second class citizen. They're more concerned with eating their snacks than being helpful.

Great service and nice employees! Got here when they opened and was pleased that they opened one hour earlier than Bank of America.

One of the worst banks I've ever been to. Does not matter what time of day or what day of the week it is they never staff properly for the amount of people they get coming through the bank. They are lazy and very slow here and need a shift lead who actually tries to help them out or a decent person to write schedules because wait times are horrible here every day of the week

Excellent customer service! I was greeted and communicated with so kindly by Maria! :) She was super sweet funny and really outgoing and definitely did not make me feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed at all. Thank you Maria! I hope you have a great day since you just made mine :p :)

We have been banking exclusively at this location for almost a year, and we have had nothing except exceptional customer service. The tellers are knowledgable, efficient, and helpful. The bankers don't waste my time with sales pitches about new programs or opportunities. I have really enjoyed banking at this location. I cannot say that for the rest of the Wells Fargo locations or the 1-800 number (which is total garbage). I would rather go into this branch any day.

Great bank and customer service. I have used this bank many times and love the fact I'm assisted in a quick and efficient manner. I recently visited this location and had a minor technical issue dealt with promptly by Sarah and Hans, very much appreciated and look forward to using this bank in the future

When I have visited this location for purposes of meeting with a teller I have always had good experiences. They have been friendly and accommodating (when necessary). In this way, I would recommend them. The person I do not recommend is Janice Kelly; a part time mortgage representative. My husband and I met with her to discuss where we stood in terms of qualifying for a mortgage and what would fit into our budget. As soon as she learned that I am self employed (with no concern as to what I do) she told me I didn't matter (yes, those were her words) because I hadn't been in business for two years yet and stopped speaking to me. She looked only at my husband; telling him that only his income would matter and that I didn't need to even be on the mortgage. Even though he told her he wanted us to both be on all the mortgage, she repeated this a couple more times. Of course, I was not pleased with being cut out of the the conversation and treated like I was irrelevant. She did pick up on this and commented that I didn't seem happy. I told her that I wasn't because she wasn't answering my questions regarding the process (I was a bit passive-aggressive and didn't call her out on ignoring me). Funny thing is, when we did get a mortgage (not through Wells Fargo as you may suspect) my income was counted (even though I had my practice for only one year) and am on our mortgage. The mortgage company never even questioned me not being on it. Perhaps she needs to brush up on how mortgages work because she provided some outdated information it seems. While I recommend this Wells Fargo branch in general, I do not recommend this woman.

Quick responding staff, seems like they have to meet some customer service quota when they try too hard to chat you up. I guess it's "good" but I'm usually too tired for nonsense chatting, and just want them to hurry up my transaction rather that talking so much. Otherwise.. It's as good as it can get :)
