Not sure why UPS hasn't taken the franchise away from the owner of this location. I have to drop off packages frequently and I never know if they're going to be open or closed. Always hand written signs on the door, closed until 4:00 or 4:30 or 5:00, whenever they feel like working. If you have the option of another UPS location close by, go there instead. You might waste a bunch of time driving here to find it closed.

Notary Services at UPS Stores seem negligible despite advertising and this site's hours of 12-3; this service is a bust on so many levels:* After a long wait in a long line, everyone informed the Notary Service person was unavailable "that day";* Someone in line mentioned they've waited in this line a couple times before and suffered the same situation (...so why these "customers" return is beyond me);* Next, informed by staff its Notary Service's abilities are limited, that is, Notaries are credited to manage specific not all types, of documents (in my case I realized after waiting in line my docs would Not Be Notarized by UPS Store anyway....even though I called ahead!); and,* The types of docs that can be notarized by UPS Stores' Notary Services are Not Listed Online, Not on Its Onsite, and Not Mentioned by Phone.My solution could be yours:A friend indicated banks, for their membership, typically have free notary services, so I got the chore done by calling ahead, discussing the doc, and I encountered no wait & unnecessary travel, no problems, no fee. Yahoo! Ding-dong done!

This is BY FAR THE WORST AND RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced in my 39 years of life!I was trying to make copies - The original document was 11 x 15, there were three employees and none of them knew how to make a simple double-sided print, fit to Letter size.When I tried to do it on my own at the self service printer, it wasn’t switched on. Sarah M walked to our side, but instead of switching it on, pointed and gave us instructions such as “Down, left, no, no, above”. When I finally found the switch, she walked to the back, throwing her arms up in despair.I asked one employee (hispanic girl in ponytail) what the rude employee’s name was, she flatly ignored me and treated like I was never there, from start to finish.Brandy tried to help them by “having their back”, reversing the blame back on me for being rude when they were being rude first! She refused to take one shred of responsibility.At the end when I’m trying to diffuse the tension by talking to Brandy, Sarah came over, threatening to call the security. When I replied, “please go ahead.” That caught her offguard, her response to that was shouting, “Please get out” non-stop to drown my response.It’s just unbelievable. How were they hired? How are they still there? It’s ridiculous. Never in my entire life have I encountered such blatantly rude customer service. This trio is really something. I’m sure some UPS stores offer good or even just normal customer service, but do stay away from this store! Or just for fun, come in and test their printing skills ;D Oops. I forgot to mention I completed the job at the self service myself. The result was outstanding.

If you bring an Amazon package for return they want to charge to throw a single strand of tape on it. Lady at the counter was fairly rude and on a serious power trip about her precious tape.Hardly seems worth the 2cents UPS saves to cause such an inconvenience. No worries though, you can buy one of their tape rolls at gauging costs. Try to bring your returns elsewhere.At least another guy in line was kind enough to share a strand of tape after getting the business himself.

I have been coming here for about 7 years since I live relatively close by. I have had halfway decent service in the past, but my most recent visit was just terrible, from being charged $3 to print a label, to them taking over a week to pack a shipment. Apparently only the owner knows how to assemble a box? They were insistent that the they needed to dismantle a monitor before boxing it, which was the cause for the delay, even though I repeatedly told them, the monitor was shipped assembled when I received it.Its been a week, and the items still have not been boxed or shipped, and they won't return my calls or items so I can take them to a different UPS Store

I went into this store yesterday for their notary service and was told to come back today between 9 and 2 and there would be a notary. I came in at 12 noon and was told he was not there and he "comes and goes as he pleases" so I asked to make an appointment because there is a literal sign that says "schedule appointments for notary services". The guy working told me no i could not make an appointment because if I did the guy still would probably miss it. WHAT?! SUPER UNORGANIZED and unprofessional.

The worst UPS store I've ever visited (and I've visited my fair share). Abysmal customer service, and they charge you for taping and packing Amazon drop-offs, despite the fact that, in my case, Amazon stated clearly (and I quote): "Show the return code to an associate at the UPS Store who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for FREE". Instead, they charged me $3.50 for four pieces of tape (I provided the box). (For perspective: for $6.00 you buy an entire roll of tape anywhere else, which also has precisely this as an added advantage: it is anywhere else than this place.)

I was going to write a lengthy review of my experience here, but upon reading all the others on here, I think the message has been relayed...- Customer service is horrible- Owner only seems interested in doing the notary work- Employees work to not work.- There was one employee that's always been kind to me, but she's the exception- Their breaks are random and not reliable...I've had to go elsewhere multiple times because they were "out".- This location should be your last option. Go down 196th to the mail center or find another UPS...this one is absolutely brutal and your day will be worse for having walked through their door.

Very rude customer service by an older female employee. She tossed the mailing supplies at me expecting that I knew how to assemble them. She then told me that it would be $6 per box for her to tape them. I told her that I had never had to do that before. She just rudely said, "Well read the door!" I will not return there again. This location needs training in valuing and serving their customers.

Beware, if you returning something from Amazon, they will charge you for the “tape”, and they explain this is new from Amazon. However I have contacted Amazon right after I got charge, Amazon told me there is no such things, so this is very suspicious. And I have contact UPS store and they told me the same thing. They have mentioned that 3” tape on the receipt, you will not get the 3” tape. If you don’t want to get charge, maybe get to another UPS store nearby. I was wrong picking this store because I’m near and don’t have time get to another store.

Every one of their employees were wearing AirPods while serving people. One was just sitting around for at least 10 mins while we waited in a line out the door. Their computers don’t process Amazon returns well. Management needs to step in to get this location functional. Save your time and find another location until then.

If you want something notarized then go somewhere else! Twice in the space of 2.5 hrs I came? the first time the notary was in an important meeting so come back later. I said 1pm ok? Yes they said. I came back at 1pm & the feking notary had gone home FFS!!!

What's going on with this location? Tons of problems and when you call there's no one to talk to and directs you to options. The options literally led me to a phone with a full voicemail. How is that possible for a business?I just tried every option ( 5 options) and each one led me to a phone with a full mailbox, even when "talk to next available representative" was selected.Location needs to close due to their inability to do anything.

I wish I read the reviews before sending a package here. I would advise anyone thinking of sending packages here to take a close look at the reviews because every one star review is valid.I had a package delivered to this place and when I went there to pick it up the guy took my ID, went to the back and picked up a couple packages to look at it. Another lady asked what he was doing and he showed the ID to the lady and she said that she didn’t see that package come in. The guy helping me stated that I would have to come back tomorrow. I asked him if this was the process every time and he then stated that even though the packages state they are delivered they don’t get it until the next day. Makes no sense. I will never use this location again
