So, at first glance you might not think much of this business. It's definitely not upscale appearing - it's a little dingy - but I will tell you right now that the appearance has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of work or the service of the office staff. This is why I love using local small businesses! They are fantastic! We've had both our cars serviced here and the work was spot on! They never gouged us with pricing and actually went above and beyond to get us the best options for the work we needed. They are friendly and efficient and ... Well, the best I can say is that we won't be going anywhere else for a long while. I highly recommend them!
Our cars: *2004 Ford Escape with 240,000 miles/husband's car (she's definitely starting to show her age and wear but they are helping us keep her running). *2011 Buick Lucerne that just rolled over to 20,000 miles. This is my baby and they really treat her right! ?

Fast and affordable auto repair! Called on a Thursday for a problem I was having, was told they were available the following day and the price was half of other estimates I received. It has been almost 2 months since I came in and my car is still doing great with no concerns!

Tom's is great! My car started acting up and when I took it in it started working again but they didn't charge me anything for looking at it, I've since taken it back for some tune up work and they do a great job at a very reasonable price, highly recommend?

Husband has been working on his F-150 for a week. There was a problem with his brake lights/ blinkers. Replaced all the bulbs. Fuses, wiring harness, all the usual suspects. We finally asked for a referral on one of my Facebook groups and he was suggested. Dropped it off Tuesday night and it was fixed Wednesday afternoon! He was able to find a bad wire coming out of the fuse box. He was awesome! I will be taking me second vehicle in soon to have that one fixed up. Highly knowledgeable and highly recommended!

The level of incompetence at this shop is baffling. I was recommended this shop as I was told this was a family owned business who does good work, but you can't get any work done because of the scheduling issues and lack of communication between their employees and the customer. My first appointment was scheduled for the wrong date so I showed up and was turned away. I insisted Steve at least check why my engine light was on, he did and we rescheduled. I paid for diagnostic testing and was told my muffler needs replacing, Steve told me they could order a part, weld it and fix the muffler. I agreed and told them please call me when part comes in. Two weeks later no response, I call, speak to Jayne, who admits no part was ordered. I kindly said that's okay and she said she would order the muffler part. I drop off the car today, see Steve, he shows me the muffler part and then says it will be a few hours. I walk out the door and then get a call 20 minutes later from Jayne saying they can't replace the muffler, that they never could. That I need to go to a muffler shop. She apologized, but seriously? What a waste of my time.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my car to Tom's B&M Auto on recommendation. After giving me their opinion on the issue,I mentioned to them that I would like to get a 2nd opinion on whether or not I would have to replace a windshield wiper motor and that if it looked like I would, have to get a new one, I would potentially bring it back to them to get it fixed.Long story short, the woman at the front desk took offense to this and pretty much kicked me out of their shop.I cannot speak on their work, because I definitely will not be allowing them to work on my car, not ever.The woman at the front desk was beyond rude and unprofessional.I would rather spend a little extra money and take my car to a place that would show politeness and respect, to their customers.
