I like this garage very much. I used to rent another unit in another place but gladly moved here as it is always clean and pleasant to be here and special thanks to Gurgen for his professionalism, very polite and always helps in solving problems.

Beware of this business. I've been trying to cancel my subscription with them and it's been a frustrating process just trying to access my account to cancel. I called them in June to request cancellation and I was just charged on the first day of July.
Next time I need storage for moving transitions, I know which business to avoid.

Julie at Sound Storage of Lynnwood deserves 10 stars in my honest opinion. I ended up sending my 30 vacate notice to the wrong storage company smh. but she followed up with me and made it very easy to make the transition out. I do appreciate that being in my circumstances at the moment.
The last storage place I had that was off of larch way at the time was a brand new storage unit so I thought that it would be clean and on point, but it was far from that.. by day it was slow and quite like a library but at night literally looked liked vampires coming out from hibernation like the Michael Jackson thriller music video.. lol.
I highly suggest the Lynnwood sound storage unit because not only is it clean and no vampires but when you rent with Julie it comes with a piece of mind especially if your a traveler like I am and I’m hardly ever in town..
but I knew when i would go back to check on my unit or to put some more stuff away I knew it would be all there untouched.
So for the peace of mind I do appreciate that and also thank you Julie for the easy transition. I sure will be back when I’m back in town and need to store some of my stuff!!!

The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly and funny
Would recommend as far as that goes however the elevator was extremely slow and the numbers on the units were quite confusing but we figured it out

This is my first experience with sound storage and it was a very pleasurable and enjoyable experience not only was I helped with exceptionally excellent care or a service but I was also taking care of with the best financial plan possible at the time I have a recommend this place to anybody who is in need of a storage unit in a pinch LP

We had used this facility previously but switched to another that was cheaper - until they raised their fees even higher. We'll probably stay here for the foreseeable future. It's a really clean building and I really like the temperature control aspect. The office staff has been extremely friendly and efficient and helpful. Honestly, the woman who manages this location is terrific! Our previous place had you unloading outside in the elements. This building has covered unloading area. Extremely secure with individual codes and lots of cameras. Very satisfied! 4/5*

Gergen was helpful, kind, patient, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The space is clean, well kept and secure. The pricing is fair.
