Very knowledgeable doctors always there, worked with Dr. Luke on some issues with my little doggy mutt and my kitty cat. Always very comprehensive and explanatory. Usually I’m on the Paw plan but have come off of that due to moving to a different state soon so things are expensive but I guess that’s typical everywhere. Anyway, always fast service, easy scheduling, compassionate care and definitely would recommend!

Sept 28th 2024 had a follow up appointment (that probably would have taken 10 mins max) at 430 and arrived at 4:42. I was charged a late fee of (94.50) and not seen. I've been a customer for multiple years and whenever we had procedures/appointments I would drop off my dogs early. Low and behold when I'm slightly over their 10 minute window they provide 0 sympathy. Highly disappointed. It's monster traffic weekend and there was an accident. Life happens and I wasn't 30+ minutes late or anything. I'll be canceling both of my dogs paw plans and I'll be looking elsewhere from now on. Dr. McLaughlin is nice and the only stable vet at the place. This place is not what it used to be.
Edit: They did call us 3 days ago. However they called my wife's phone instead of mine. I've now called back 3 times and Savannah has yet to call me back.

Highly discouraged by this office and their poor customer service. We have been a customer for almost 10 years and a paying paw plan member for our three cats. We received a text this morning on the day of our appointment that our plan expired on 9/29 and will be out of pocket. This information should have been shared with us when we schedules our appointment. If we were made aware of this information we would have schedule appropriately to avoid any issues. We are discouraged by this office and their poor customer service. I really wish they would take better care of their long term customers. It’s time we find a vet closer to home to take care of our three cats.

I appreciate this hospital because they have helped my pet Spot with his vaccinations. I just want to ask that information regarding fees are more plainly stated at the front desk or when on the phone scheduling appointments. I scheduled an appointment on a Monday for a check up for something Spot was experiencing like gagging/hiccups. I was mentioned to one time about same day cancellation thru text message the Saturday prior at 10am but for whatever reason I was not able to respond in time to cancel so I was charged 94.35. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told that I hung up the phone too soon before the person I scheduled an appointment with could explain to me about the cancellation fee? This is a bit upsetting and I just wish there could have been a courtesy to remove it if this has never happened before.

This vet office is extraordinarily unprofessional and they don’t care about the customers who use their business. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars to them, invested in their “paw plan” and have been an easy to work with pet owner. When I raised concerns because I was 1. Regularly contacted about a pet that WAS NOT MINE. 2. Even received paperwork and test results of another owners pet (I’m sure they’d love to have those) 3. When trying to remedy to issue of being contacted and emailed about pets that aren’t mine, they refused to help and made it seem as though I was inconveniencing them. 4. When I had finally had enough and decided to voice my dissatisfaction and asking to cancel my service with them, they completely blew me off and couldn’t have cared less about everything I had gone thru with them. They responded to my email by ignoring everything I said and said “if you wanna cancel give us $900” this place is a SCAM. The vets are nice enough but the admin is incompetent and rude. They just want your money and couldn’t care less about you or your pets.
?Update: I was able to speak to the manager Savannah to voice my concerns. She was very understanding and was able acknowledge the mishaps and apologize for them. She seemed genuine and has a plan for improvement moving forward. I am still with this vet office as I don’t have the money to cut it short but I hope that the environment improves during my time there. Looking forward to seeing changes within the Northpointe staff and I hope to write a new, more positive review in the future.

Love this vet office. All the vets and staff are wonderful. I appreciate the time they take with each animal at the visit and the follow ups as well.

My cat is having a lot of health issues and we’ve been to Northpointe many times in the last year. The front desk people make us feel welcome, and the Vets have been great. They always offer multiple options for him and we, together, decide what is the best treatment for him. I’m grateful to know he’s in good hands.

I highly recommend this business. From the receptionists to the techs to the veterinarians I felt very comfortable and knew my dog was in good hands. They took all the time that was needed and answered all my questions. They followed up with me on the next day after surgery. I would recommend their PAW plan for your pets.

Every time I visit Northpoint animal Hospital I receive the best care. They are so compassionate with my dog. Their staff goes above & beyond! I have referred them to several of my friends.

Dr McLaughlin took great care of our 9.5 yr old and 7 yr old dogs since they were puppies. He always takes extra time to explain things, and very thoughtful in preparing us w proper paperwork for our travel out of the country and back w our dogs.

Northpointe has totally earned our trust! We brought our three recently adopted kitties (mama and two of her babies) in for their checkups. We were a bit nervous that we would get "upsold" into testing, vaccinations, and food brands as can be the case at other for-profit vet offices. Staff was 100% focused on our concerns, answered questions we had, provided pamphlets of information when requested, and ultimately gave us the liberty to make decisions for ourselves. The vet techs and support staff are truly top notch. We had bloodwork results within an hour of leaving the office, and they followed up the next morning to see how everyone was feeling after their shots. Thank you for the professionalism and excellent care!!!

Our wellness check and rabies shot appointment went very well. All the staff that we came into contact with were pleasant and knowledgeable. Minni was treated well and they were very good about keeping the area clear of other dogs, as Minni is highly reactive.
