I am happy with the new manager barbie but not with the company as a whole their managers before her not only were awful but racist, rude, inappropriate, crossed many lines& even broke laws. Even stole from myself and others. I don't recommend this place at all I complained & got no help even when the last manager called me racist slurs and spit in my face. The company did not show any care or concern or offer help at all I called several numbers and employees but still today received no compensation or even a call back. I truly wouldn't ever recommend this place but barbie is awesome the storage just is the worst experience I have ever had or even heard of in my life. I could go on but won't. But Barbie has changed my idea and experience with this company now due to her awesome service and attitude which is helpful and amazing I now recommend this storage facility! Thank you Barbie!

Based on the good reviews, I decided to secure a storage unit last week 30th July in Lynnwood. They assigned me D70 but it was double allocation. I was changed to new storage and on 6th August I found my three bags missing with my valuables. No break in on the door. Can someone reach out to me?. I am not getting any help. I made a police report and submitted the claim number to the office as requested to allow them check on the cameras but no action. Can the owner or the regional manager reach out to me. I just want to know what happened.

Barbie is an amazing women. She was very helpful and pleasant. U don't see people like that at most storage facilities. So far I like the facility. Minus the 9pm curfew. Storage facilities should stay open until at least 10pm for those of us that get off wrk late. But other then that I like secure space. Thank u Barbie for being u. ?

Once you are scared by storage prices you become highly motivated for f7nding the best value.
I was elated to discover this business and super surprised with the entire reservation and savvy manager assistance.
My many years' rental storage experience with several places provided good service, but none better than here.

Barbie was extremely helpful and extremely efficient in getting me into a unit in record speed. Even got me to walk extra to get my steps in(she needs a golf cart)

Very upset. I’m renting a unit here and ever since the new owners took over everything has been terrible. Their new system never works. I just tried to go into the units and the pin system wasn’t working. Again! We were even locked in because the pin didn’t work on the way out. It was “out of order” we had to sit in there for over 3 hours until they fixed it. And when I have to go to the office to drop off paper work that THEY requested they’re never in?! Make it make sense. The office is supposed to be open 9:30am to 6pm. We always go during operating office hours and they’re never in. They also Never answer the phones either? They also never answer emails! Overall very upset right now. I was always very happy with this storage unit. I hope they can get everything in order because the past few months have not been great.

Came down to move a vehicle on the property for the customer while hes out of town so they could do work on the property. Had the pleasure of dealing with barbie in the office showed me where the car was and where to put it. She was very professional and courteous just all around a great person to talk with. Very friendly place.
