Clean hotel with coin laundry, a very small gym, and a small indoor swimming pool. We enjoyed the fresh cookies.

The accomodations itself look clean but there were couple of minor maintenance issues.First, the pool area has cracked floor which looks quite date. Also the inside of the pool needed a new paint job as the bottom has quite faded blue which makes look dirty due to the faded color of the bottom of the floor.I stayed in room 512. I am sure if I asked they would come fix the drain but I think they should have managed and checked before accepting guests. The bathtub drain was clogged and took forever for the water to go down. I had to take a shower in a puddle of water in the tub. My room dead bolt was broken and didn't keep the door secure. They offer simple breakfast but have everything necessary. There were a pancake machine that cooks a pancake in a minute, a fruit juice dispenser(orange, apple, passion fruit flavour), bagels, toast and muffins. There were milk, yogurt, hot oatmeal, oranges, apples, breakfast sausage, cheese omelet, biscuits, turkey breakfast sausage, and sausage gravy. They also offer complementary coffee, tea and hot water in the hallway next to the check-in desk. Sometimes chocolate cookies are placed in the entrance as a welcome treat. A self-served small convenience area which sells frozen dinner, snacks, chocolate and soda drinks. The room was white spacious and I would stay again. But I will make sure next time about the bathtub drain before settling in.

Recently traveling through the state with the fan including a toddler. We were supposed to drive another two hours to a different hotel but we really needed a break from driving. Booked this room online and arrived a few minutes later. Staff were accommodating and gave us a room right away. This hotel was clean, had a pool, coffee, and a amazing hotel breakfast the next morning. We've stayed in a few hotels and this was by far the best for the price range. 5/5* forsure!Food & drinks: Complementary breakfast was great!

This is a serviceable hotel.Pros:Cost- one of the most affordable hotels in the areaCleanliness- the rooms and general area was cleanParking is free and plentifulFree BreakfastCons:Pool is freezingCustomer service will get the job done but not overly helpful or friendlyThe noise is pretty loud from the hallways when in the room. A lot noisier than other comparable hotels.I’m happy we stayed here for the cleanliness and parking, would come back.

This location was closer to a 3 stars, but the service moved it to 4 stars. We arrived and the pool pictures weren't accurate. They used to have a hot tub in one of their older pics uploaded by the hotel. We were looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub while the kids played, but it's completely removed. Holiday Inn needs to update their pictures. This was an older property, but I can see they are trying to maintain everything. The elevators were painfully slow, so we took the stairs a lot.The rooms are decent, but we did hear noises from the other rooms since the walls were thin. Not too bad overall as we were able to rest.Monica from the front desk was amazing. They only had one cookie left one night and she offered to bake an entire new batch for us. The kids loved it and she was so sweet about it. I think it was her birthday as well. The other staff we encountered at the hotel were also wonderful. Great people.

Pull into the parking lot and there is a handful of cars with some shady looking people just Lurking out in the parking lot making me not feeling comfortable about leaving my vehicle what so ever. The grounds could be better kept for sure id give that 5/10 then Check in and get on the elevator and wonderful the elevator Operating permit is expired by 3 months You know the one that's required to be posted in the elevator by labor industries. Get to my floor as I am walking to my room a strong smell Of fetanyl Thoroughly through out the entire hallway to the point of when I made it to my door my head was pounding and I felt so nauseous. The room across from me Had a non-stop revolving door and all you hear is the door opening and closing there was no security whatsoever on the premises and the poor night guy is just a kid And some of these people I wouldn't even consider Trying to enforce any policies with just to avoid Potential conflict. Needless To say I just turned around And left there was no way I was going to feel comfortable or safe staying at this Property I didn't even bother taking up the fight for a refun due how nauseous I was in my head hurting just by walking down the hallway And most likely the night desk individual doesn't even have the authority to grant a refund or credit So this property would be the place for you if you were looking fo low-grade run of the mill slum hotel And I'm sure a variety Of illegal activity and substances this is the place for youBut if you're a normal contributing citizen to society by all means avoid this at all costs And let me add That my non-smoking room I reserved had plenty of cigarette Burns throughout it. I'm sure this property Could overcome all these issues with proper management and on-site security enforcing policy or guest safety and security while staying here

Would be five stars but the pool has way too much chlorine and the off-gassing makes the air on the main level smell like strong chlorine. No deep end on the pool. The breakfast is good, not excellent and not bad. I liked the selection. There's cold and hot food and you can eat reasonably healthy. If you're a food snob you probably won't be satisfied but will be satiated. Pancake machine is fun. They had some dairy free options for milk and yogurt, and turkey sausage. No gluten free bread or bagels. The room itself was very clean and fresh. The bathroom countertop was huge which was nice for getting ready. We also liked the wardrobe closet and all the table top space in the room, made it really easy to live out of a suitcase and have plenty of room for snacks, personal items and souvenirs.

I would give this this hotel one star. My family and I stayed here for two days ago. Unfortunately, my two kids developed “pink eye” after using the swimming pool. As a result, their school sent them back home my kids because of pink eyes I do not recommend this hotel.

Almost everything in our room was broken. The phone was broken (not a huge deal) but then the kids wanted to heat up food and the microwave was broken! Definitely a bigger deal. Then in the morning the coffee pot was broken absolute b.s. and all they did was give us "points" (money off) our next stay.Bullsh!t. Kids had fun in the pool and the breakfast was good for it being complimentary

My fiancé Dan and I have been staying here off and on for the last year when we come back to see family. We now are calling this our home away from home right now as we are still looking for permanent housing after moving back from Las Vegas. The entire staff has made it very comfortable for us here. Monica at the front desk is amazing! She is always making sure we are taken care of and keeps the coffee hot and fresh and bakes hot fresh chocolate chip cookies every evening! The manager Julian has also been very accommodating and makes us feel very welcome. Great staff and VERY clean hotel from the lobby to the rooms! Thank you Lynnwood staff for keeping us comfortable!TaDa

Stayed here with family and enjoyed the proximity to shopping centres and short drive downtown to tourist attractions. Great indoor pool and full gym setup. Complimentary breakfast and parking. A spill in the elevator and hallway remained for sometime but may have been overlooked as the building was undergoing some renos when we visited.
