“I can't believe it's taken me so long to write a review for Bank of Washington! I initially signed up for this bank from a former employer who used this bank for our direct deposits. I would use the Everett branch frequently and have moved closer to the lynnwood branch. The customer service is top notch in both branch's. I love these small banks because they actually take the time to get to know you! I love chatting with the gals behind the desk! They have a app to check your balance and a daily text alert. All transfers arrive within 1 day which is awesome since I use Pop money and PayPal alot. Definitely recommend.”

“The employees here are very nice and helpful! I found a bird with a broken wing and foot in the parking lot next door and needed to take him to a wildlife rehabilitation center. I ran in and asked for a box to transport the bird in. Everyone was really nice and one employee went in the back and got me a box for the bird. I was able to get him to a wildlife rehabilitation center right away. They will release him back in the wild after he heals. I have attached a photo of the species the bird was.”

“Buying a Toyota Tacoma for a good deal is NOT easy. The work to fight the rest of the market and buy it is aggressive as all hell, before even considering how the market has inflated their value to the point that banks just don't want to finance them. Getting a Tacoma financed for a good price is a feat.But after 3 years of searching for the right Tacoma with the right year, miles, and specs, Sebastian was able to jump through all the hoops necessary to get us our car. This man is the epitome of customer service, generosity, and work ethic, and whatever they're paying him, it's not enough. We would not be able to get our truck and make memories as a family like we are currently with our now frequent adventures in our adventure vehicle. Sebastian is the one we will thank when we're roasting marshmallows and bratwursts over the fire, and camping out with scenic views with our friends and family. The move made this my new bank and so far I'm very impressed. Every person I've spoken to in here has been extra nice and very helpful. Lines are almost non-existent here which makes banking at Homestreet quick and convenient. Additionally, Becca is such an efficient, helpful and cheerful teller! “This is definitely a first for me, rating a Wells Fargo five stars but this branch deserves it! I came in to make a payment on an account that I have through Tempur Pedic and was greeted by at least three employees. All of them were wearing the most adorable costumes in honor of Halloween. There was only one teller open when I arrived and there was one customer ahead of me. She was helped pretty quickly and then they opened another window to take care of me.I didn't have my account info but they looked it up and after some quick research, I didn't have to make a payment. But I'm glad I came in anyway. The teller who helped me was wearing a panda costume and in my opinion that alone deserves five stars! Seriously though I probably won't need to go to Wells Fargo again anytime soon, but this is going to be my go-to branch from now on.”
“I have been a Chase Bank customer for 3 years now and at one point I had considered just moving entirely over to BECU where I have an account I'm pretty happy with but I decided to stay simply for the customer service here at this location. In fact sometimes I will go out of my way just to get a cashier's check here for their friendly customer service.
