The food here is not that bad. You have to admit when you're in a rush this is one of the better fast-food options. I love the Teryaki Chicken Sandwhiches

The employee that I like wasn't working tonight and I think had she been there, I would have given more stars. That being said, my two star rating (which is lower than my previous ratings) is for the way the employees who were working treated an older lady who came in. She was there before I entered and told me to go ahead. She had ordered food on the ap and said that there wasn't an option to enter the code that she was given to get a discount. At NO point did either employee try to help her with the ap and I was APPALLED when she tried to explain that she had ordered different toppings on her sandwich, but the employee shot back "NO! You didn't!" and shoved a receipt in her face. She even told them that what was on the receipt was not what she had ordered. The employee kept arguing with her and she ended up having to reorder it. They made NO effort to just give her the discount or anything. They did not care one bit about this customer and that infuriates me. The woman ended up taking her food and walking out. I'm 99% sure that she didn't get the discount she was promised either. I'm very glad that they didn't treat me in the same manner but after seeing what they did to this other customer, I may opt to go to a closer Subway. I generally like this one because it's spacious and the service is usually good. Note to staff; NEVER argue with a customer. It will get you absolutely nowhere. Granted the customer is NOT always right, but at least be civil, unless they're being unreasonable. It wouldn't have taken any effort to ask her some questions like how much was the discount, etc. I'm 100% sure that this customer won't be back and chances are, I might not return either.

Good food nice workers but for 4 sandwiches it cost me 52 dollars wich I did not enjoy and it took 32 minutes but overall I liked it

I come here mainly for the subway and to grab treats. Staff always greet me when I pop in and are all around pleasant. Smells great in there due to the subway!

100% fake elf bars. They took off the stickers of a real one and put it on this. I mean come on it’s not even the same color and once I pulled it apart it’s not even the same mechanically. I will be reporting

The old man that runs this place has no customer service skills. I actually stopped going here for a few years because of not feeling welcome. I stopped by again today and when I walked in, I said hello and the old man just stared at me instead of smiling and saying hello back. He never said a word to me. The young girl that worked at the subway inside was very nice though

The employees working the Subway are very kind I liked their service. But the cashier was rude. One day I came in to buy a hot Subway sandwich (which I knew I was going to pay that with debit) and some soda drinks and chips and candy for my kiddos(I was planning to pay with ebt). When I walked up to the cash register to pay, he noticed my sandwich was hot and started freaking out and raised his voice at me telling me I have to pay for sandwich with money. I told him I knew that i just wanted only the sandwich with ebt and the rest with debit and then he yelled “Yes! Please!” And a rude way. I just ended up paying everything with debit so I didn’t deal with him any longer. It was embarrassing since there was people behind me.

I go there for Subway only... I use Shell gas, and the convenience store is limited on the cigarette and beer selection. Subway let's you get a "not" toasted sandwich on your SNAP benefits... always great quality and respectful workers...

Weekend day shift employee was borderline out of control because I put my hot coffee on the counter with some items to be paid for with ebt...I was intending on paying with cash and his eyes almost burst from his head as he loudly walked to the front of subway counter pointing to a sign and asking "do you not know how to read?" And continued very loud and aggressively "you must tell me you are paying with ebt before placing anything on the counter" I hadn't even finished the single word "hello" to the guy before his outburst began. A different day or different customer he might have got slapped all around that store til he broke a hip

Love this place, it's close to my home and they are open 24 hours, except for around 2 to 3 AM, sometimes closed for a few minutes. But that's better than the 7-11 down the street which is closed ever night for 39 to 40 minutes.
