Im writing this on behalf of my friend "This gym has been a great place for me to transform and get in shape. However, recently there has been a gentlemen who goes by the name DEREK HONG. He was taking photos of my when I was working out and making snarky remarks about how over weight I was and how I dress like the poor. I asked him to stop but he just laughs and says deal with it. I'm hoping someone can have a proper talk with him about gym etiquette. We are all here to improve our selves and its not right for him to be taking photos and making fun of someone whose just trying to better them selves"

New to Seattle, I signed up for the 3 day free trial online to try out this location before signing up. The gentleman at the front desk would not honour my trial because I did not have a local drivers license. NOWHERE in the policy did I see this being an issue. He then tried to charge me the $20 for drop in. Absolute goofy behaviour. Don’t expect this location to honour the 3 day free trial they promise.

I've really enjoyed my membership at this location. I had there personal training, tried all the equipment and met goals here. They have plenty of machines and free weight options. The pool and sauna are good. For the price this place is killer. Cherry on top is the staff is always friendly and I always see them buzzing around cleaning and restocking. Good gym, good people.

Past 6 months I've been working with Jr. and he has been nothing but supportive, friendly, and up front.
He doesn't beat around the bush and can awnser any question you bring up to him. Weither you're starting out or have experience, he'll help get you to the next step with your physical goals. He is a specialist in his field not only doing work here but also assisting local schools as well. I couldn't recommend him as a trainer enough.
The gym environment is chill over all with plenty of usual faces who help and encourage each other on the daily. If you're shy or perfer more solitude in your work out plan for earlier in the day or late at night as after 4 the crowd tends to pick up a bit. The equipment is well kept and as far as I understand the usuals are very respectable with the staff being helpful when it comes to asking questions.

Have been going to classes here for awhile, broke my foot and asked for trainer support. Everyone at the Lynnwood location is excellent. CJ can’t be beat for circuit training, Slater is a great general manager and David, my new trainer cares about his clients, listens and really knows his stuff.

Great gym environment, but could use an upgrade on gym equipment. Machines/free weights.

As a loyal 24 Hour Fitness member for over a decade, I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this particular location, which has unfortunately led me to consider terminating my membership.
Despite its convenient location, the facility's cleanliness and maintenance are consistently subpar. The men's locker room is plagued by unpleasant odors, unclean toilets, and perpetually wet floors. The weight area feels cramped and poorly ventilated. It seems the gym relies on a single staff member to manage cleaning duties, resulting in an ongoing struggle to maintain sanitary conditions.
Given my dissatisfaction with this location and the inconvenient distance to the Bothell alternative, my membership no longer holds value for me.
I strongly urge management to prioritize the upkeep and cleanliness of this facility. It should not require negative reviews to prompt necessary improvements. I believe that if management were to personally use this gym, the need for change would be immediately apparent. I encourage swift action to prevent further membership cancellations.

The Personal Trainer Tyler there was extremely rude with me. He admitted to being taught company policy on ADA laws that is directly illegal according to Washington state and federal law. I tried to tell him why it was illegal but he just kept making fun of me and insulting my character. A piece of me wishes I’d allowed you to remove me from the premises so that I could’ve turned around and sued 24 for negligent training, discrimination, and emotional damages. But I chose to come down and have an adult to adult conversation and attempt to pull up state law to educate you. A very bad look to not give me the time of day after harassing me and cutting me down in front of other members.
And as an undefeated professional heavyweight mma fighter, a doctor, a professional strongman, and a more certified trainer than anyone in your company you guys were lucky to have me stop by.
Look in the mirror and do some training because some will take legal recourse for things like allowing runoff from the roof into the hot tub for months, human feces on the floors, and discrimination to name just a few.
I’m asking that you have corporate reach out to me asap to make amends and clean this place up.

Smaller space than nearby LA Fitness. A little bit more intimate. Pool and jacuzzi are nice.

Thomas at the front desk was great! Patiently walked me through the membership options and helped me figure out the best fit(ha) for me being out of state for a month. Thanks, Thomas! Someone give that man a raise!

I am a short-term user of this particular branch of 24-hour fitness. Work out 6 days a week, usually on the non busy hours of 2-4PM
Gym was adequately staffed, cleanliness nothing to complain or write home about, equipment for the hours im visiting are complete for the split i am working on - PPL!
I do have complaints of the equipments being at least almost a decade old, I think replacing equipments every 5 years should be the standard.
I was on month-to-month due to a life circumstance and cancelling my membership was pain-free!
*not related to the star ratings as this is out of the managements control*
The clientele can get a little rowdy at times and do not wipe after a sweaty set. always remember to wipe before use.

Pros: Open 24 hours, loads of equipment and weights.
Cons: dirty, paper towels and sanitizer bottles are often empty, equipment is on the order side, ventilation isn't great, low ceilings, too hot and smelly. The patrons here are also very loud, disrespectful, very distracting.
The Bothell one is my home gym and it's everything opposite of this Lynnwood location, but sometimes I have no choice but to attend this in the evenings.

The fact this gym is 24 hours sold me. All the amenities here are a positive. But as a loyal member I do wish they did a better job with the cleanliness and maintenance of the machines.
