Tried a dozen times to get through and talk to a human .. the impossible dream. If this is how the first call goes why would I want to have anything to do with a company that can not even answer a phone call .. then they try to sell phones LOL joke

Lies cost time and money. Why repeatedly reassure me over the phone that my old 626 area code number can be recovered (no problem!) and when I finally arrive after a long drive across the border, tell me no, you can only get 360 numbers?

I visited many other AT&T stores to port out an AT&T prepaid number to an existing postpaid account as a new line. None of them made it. Finally I visited this store, Vishal helped my with that and solved the problem within 10 mins. Very impressive.

The service people where nice and very helpful but the AT&T data is so slow for 5g it’s unreal my old carrier was a lot faster

Paul went above and beyond to try and help me recover my photos on my old device that decided to randomly start to glitch. I truly appreciate his time and it was greatly appreciated especially him looking into places that could possibly help me and him calling them. I will truly be grateful for him!!Highly recommend him if you go into at&t

The entire Staff at AT&T Lynden are a professional group of people! Special recognition to Navjot Singh. He is the most clearly spoken representative. He is great at problem solving. He helped me fully bring in my account from another carrier and keep my old telephone number. He never gave up and got it done on a Sunday, when most people would have given up. An asset to AT&T for sure. Thank you.

We have known Paul for four years new phone upgraded phones iPads anything we have needed Paul has been there for us. Today, we needed a screen protector exchanged and Paul was right there. Then he asked our tv and internet services. We shared our circumstances and he shared some AT&T info. Paul helped with new products and services with a terrific attitude and pricing. Thanks Paul

I had a pretty big problem, that had more layers than expected. I initially contacted AT&T online but they were unable to resolve my problem. I went into the AT&T store in Lynden on a Sunday, where I first came to meet Paul. Although he was very eager to assist, it was a matter that required a manager and being Sunday the manager was out of office. Paul let me know that the manager would be in office the following day. The next day I returned, but it was fairly busy & Paul assisted me as the manager was already busy helping another customer. I was probably in the store over 2 hours trying to resolve my issue, and Paul not once made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. He was eager to help find a resolution to my problem, and in my opinion, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the eventual outcome. My experience was positive because Paul made me feel heard, and was eager to help resolve my problem. Ultimately I left the store feeling better than when I walked in and I completely attribute that to Paul’s willingness to work to alleviate the problem I was experiencing. He’s a five star team member!!
