One of my studio monitors had a partial failure. I wasn’t able to troubleshoot it myself, so I took it here with no prior experience. They were definitely more capable than me, as they quickly found a failure that is unfortunately not repairable. I was impressed by their ability, speed, and the fact that they didn’t charge me. I would not encourage anyone to expect to get away without being charged, but as I learned later, that is part of their guarantee. I felt that their time was worth something as they had the expertise and ability to diagnose this whereas I did not. I would have gladly handed them some money. Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I dropped my ps5 off at 1:15pm picked it up at 2:30pm. They were speedy, showed me what broke, respond time is fantastic and they were great about explaining to me why it broke. 10/10 service. Prices are unbeatable. They even took photos of my Home Screen and showed me all my stuff was there and running. I can’t say enough good things about Hamilton Repair. Thank you guys I adore your team. Ps their “security” is a cutiepie. WOOF ?!

I purchased a computer from HCR and had a great experience. I do not know much about computers and I shared what I use my laptop for and Octavia was SO helpful in outlining options for me. She was fast to respond and told me exactly why she selected the options for me. I live across the country and they were able to offer shipping options to me. the price was extremely affordable and I am so happy with my laptop!

I have an Xbox series X that had the unfortunate downfall of standing up for itself from a fat cat. Sadly the cat had won and broke the hdmi port on said Xbox. While cat was on its way to becoming my next chow main lunch, had called Hamilton Repair before opening and they had answered respectfully and was able to get my Xbox in and repaired all in the same day. Customer service was amazing, the fix was affordable and quick.
I will continue to give them my service and recommend them to any and all for any of their technical repairs.
