This store is fantastic and I would not hesitate to come back here. I have recently had a couple bad experiences with the UPS stores so my hopes were not high when I went in, but Sofia and Andrea went above and beyond to be helpful! They were both wonderful with my shipping needs and maintained friendly attitudes with a clear customer service focus. They were efficient and kind and should be recognized for their excellent service.

RUDE!!! Just like all the other 600 reviews. Doesn't that say A-LOT!!!!! I come in here often since it’s close to work and never fails. Horrible customer service, bad attitudes are guaranteed & everyone seems miserable every time.

This is probably one of the only UPS stores that actually has a great costumer service in this area, unlike most other UPS stores that have rude and disrespectful workers attitude towards the customers. Writing this because I have grown up in this area, and have been a few times to most locations around, and this UPS store and workers never seize to surprise me with their professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you guys!

I agree with all the BAD reviews that are given. Those people are so rude and lack any kind of customer service skill. Sam acts like she hate her job and I assume that if she smile that her face will crack, just evil. The manager is not any better she has a nasty attitude and she's very mean. I remember when I took something to get notarized, the manager turned me around without even looking into my paperwork stating that I needed a court order. Come to find out it wasn't even true so because of her I almost missed my deadline. No one in that store appear to be happy to have that job.
