We brought our ‘15 BMW 328D wagon in for a transmission filter service as well as a check engine light for the def pump fault. Strictly Euro was quick to create a quote for us and get us in for service. We dropped the car off and had it back in less than a day. They took pictures of the transmission fluid and showed us the pan as well as what was done for the def pump. I was impressed with their professionalism in making sure we were informed and aware of upcoming repairs. Thank you Strictly Euro, you have earned another happy customer.

From the initial phone call to the completion of repairs; Ben and the team carried out the process flawlessly. With me being an East Coast transplant (previously in the car business for years) - it is daunting to find a shop of which I can trust. It’s refreshing to find a business who is honest, competent and as accommodating as this crew; not to mention the follow up is impeccable throughout the whole process. Been going to see Ben for years and he never disappoints. Had a last minute need for BMW and Ben was able to fit me into his work week and get my vehicle back on the road within an hour. Highly recommend visiting Ben. Very professional, very communicative and also has a cute dog hanging around the shop.

I felt very confident that Ben had both the knowledge and experience to work on my BMW 540ix, and that he would ensure that it would receive meticulous service. Both times I went into his immaculately clean shop, there were very well maintained and clean, modded M-class cars on the lifts. My thoughts were if those clients trust Ben, I think he would be more than able to handle the pedestrian needs of my car, which was an ATF D&F along with other fluid services. On the 40 mile drive home after service, the shift points felt like silk. It's my belief he did a top notch job.

Currently I got great performance on my X5 35D. Not the first year work with those guys and highly recommended!

Absolutely Amazing!!
Both Ben and his brother helped me out immensely, I walked in with a car that was in neutral and couldn’t start and left with an absolute monster, he installed my turbos down pipes radiator oil cooler intercooler and turbo coolant lines, I’m not including and of the other seals and O-rings that he replaced. Absolutely the best Euro shop I know of I’ve been to another and lost all by hope in shops but now I honestly couldn’t recommend This shop enough.
Never once did he not answer any of my questions we’ve been talking on the phone for months before I saved up enough to bring my car in.
Anyways thank you so much Ben for Transforming my BMW 535XI!!!

Great guy! I brought him a dumpster fire that's been sitting on my lift for 2-3 years to finish putting in a new engine. I've taken a vehicle to a shop 2 times now, once 10 years ago and i swore off shops forever and now to strictly euro. They are the best bmw mechanics on the west coast. Especially diesels. I've always been cheap and mechanical inclined but with my work schedule I think I'll start bringing my cars here. Don't worry I won't bring the dumpster 335d lol. Will recommend you to anyone who needs a euro mechanic unless it's a vw then they can figure it out themselves. I hope to see this shop as known as dudmd soon

I used Ben and his brother in Auburn, so when my BMW X5 needed to be worked on again they had moved. I felt lucky to find Ben again but in Lakewood. These guys are by far the best BMW experts and they did not disappoint again. I am forever a fan. Thanks guys.

Ben and his brother are not only professional and informative but they also very skilled in mechanical work with some of the most complicated cars in our market. I would hands down choose Strictly Euro Automotive over any other dealership/mechanic going forward.
