wow wanted to get a tuneup on my Mustang and get the recalls taken care of this place is a nightmare, they pass the buck like crazy they wanted $500+ to do a tuneup on my car which is ridiculous considering spark plugs are cheap and once I decline to have them do a tuneup because of their outrageous ridiculous price they decided that they would not do my recalls on my airbagI strongly recommend you go somewhere else this place is a rip off they do crappy work and they are rude to their customers make excuses for their shortcomings by blaming the customer

I have taking my f350 to them , asked them to do a manual Regen, they told me it wasn't needed, even though some of the sensors were packed with suite. I asked them to install the diesel particulate sensor and they told me it wasn't the problem. Then they told me it was the Def pump, they replaced it. 30 miles down the road the check engine came back on, I returned the vehicle to them again then they told me it was the EGR cooler and quoted me on the phone it was going to cost me $2000 plus to repair it. You can buy the EGR cooler at Ford for a little over $400.00 then they added another $150 to it at the shop. I told them I couldn't afford their prices. I purchased the EGR cooler kit with all the gaskets and seals for $185 thru Rock Auto, I installed it. Now I'm in New Mexico with the system clogged with suit because they said the Regen didn't need to be done. Do not take your car there. It's obvious the mechanics don't know what they are doing and the service advisors don't have a clue about auto repair..

Went in for transmission repair, which turned into a complete rebuild. That's understandable. But the problems began quickly.First, some of the parts needed for the rebuild (eight small bolts) were out-of-stock due to a nationwide parts shortage. I only found this out after the dealership had my car for about 3 weeks already. My service advisor said their dealership was unauthorized to procure them from any party other than Ford Motor Company directly (it was a warranty repair), but that if I got them myself, they could use those parts and reimburse me for them. I ended up calling nine different dealerships, including one east of the mountains, just to try to get enough of the parts (I also tried purchasing them from four online retailers, but all those orders got canceled due to them actually being out-of-stock). I finally found the eight that I needed, but three were in Longview, WA, while the remaining five were in Bellevue, WA. Once I confirmed with those other two dealerships that they had the parts, I called ny advisor again and asked if their dealership could send someone to pick them up. He said they couldn't, so I took time off work to drive roughly 250 miles from Olympia, to Longview, back north to Bellevue, and then to Lakewood just to get those bolts to them so that the rebuild could begin. I never got any reimbursement, but whatever - they were only about $15 (the 3/4 tank of gas I burned costed more). It gets worse. About a week later, around the time when I was told the work would be completed, I called the dealership to check-in on my car. My service advisor was suddenly no longer with them (the last time I had spoken with him was the previous Thursday), and I wasn't told why. Whatever, personnel issues happen, I get it. The following day (Wednesday 8/29), I call back to ask on the status. I'm told by my new service advisor that they couldn't test drive the vehicle because the battery was dead, and I'd have to pay for a new battery (over $200). I explained that the car was in their possession for about a month, and the battery would've likely been fine if it were being regularly driven in our possession, so I shouldn't have to pay for a new battery. After talking with his manager, he called back and said they would cover the cost of the battery; but just the fact that they wanted to charge me for it in the first place is frustration. Now here's the kicker: after one more delay (the test drive following installation of a new battery yielded another issue, which they has to fix again), we finally got our car back on Thursday, 8/31. The next day was chaotic (had to get our 5 year-old son to the hospital unexpectedly), and late that night on the drive home my wife noticed the check engine light had turned on. We get home, don't drive it again the next day (Saturday, 9/2), and then on Sunday I noticed a large fluid stain in our driveway after she left. She got it home alright, so I cleaned out the garage, got the car on jack stands, and noticed a leak from the transmission fluid pan coming from one of the bolts. I figured it was just a little loose (still unacceptable, but could've been worse), so I get a socket to tighten it up. As I'm putting the socket on the bolt to see if it fits, I notice that the entire bolt is turning (I didn't even have the socket on the ratchet yet). The bolt hadn't even been tightened at all. It was just entirely loose. In the process of figuring out what the leak was coming from (I assumed oil at first, since I had asked the advisors I spoke with to also have the oil changed since it was due for one anyway), I looked at the oil life indicator on the dash. It said the oil life was at 52%, and they didn't put a window sticker saying when to change the oil next time. But the receipt I got said an oil change/multi-point inspection had been performed. The oil level turned out to be a little low, but the oil that was in there looked new.Overall, very bad experience. Only reason I went with them in the first place was

Had service appointment (oil change) for 9 AM, car sat and was finally taken back at 10:15. Online appointment was made, and I noted recall work was to be done. When I arrived, I was told that "comments didn't count" for the recall notice, and next appointments weren't open until August. When I said I wanted it done "today", as I had noted on my online appointment, they said they would try to work it in, but it could add a couple hours. Someone else was there for the same recall work and it took about 30 minutes, or less, to complete their work. After my vehicle went back at 10:15, the work was finally done by 11:30, so my car sat for 75 minutes with nothing being done.

Con artist Alert...A guy called from this dealership in Lakewood WA after we filled out on KBB. As it turned out he works there but I don't think he was acting on an official capacity. Ater looking at our car. He Said "the offer they made was so low, in would be offensive." But he has a guy that usually buys the cars after. He gave us the name number and said he set up a meeting for us. I know, if he had made an offer he couldn't stand by it. The guy he sent us to is a "real" Used Cars Salesman with all the terrible connotations that come with that title. If you take you car here to sell and he refers you to Austin's Auto * Sales, Brady...DON'T bother! He will show you fake "info on your car". Tells you your car is worth $10,000 less than its real value. I think the guy we dealt with at the Lakewood Fords was Kyle but I don't know if there are others. Beware don't take their referrals at all.

Traded my car in like over a month ago for a newer car an before I even left the check engine light came on.. they said it was probably no big deal an just scan the codes when I get back to where I'm heading witch was 3 hrs away an whatever the problem they would pay to have it took care of, well once back I had it checked an it's codes for the cats, all I've got is a run around from ppl an them telling me they'd get back to me the next day with a fix, it's been weeks now an no one's called or texted me, now I'm stuck with a 30k+ car an 6k in repairs right off their lot that won't even pass deq, they said they paid 4k already to try an fix the problem before they sold it to me an act like it's ok to sell a car that won't pass deq just cuz they spent the money an tryd... I even offered to pay half of the repair bill an got a no an it's just been nothing but trouble trying to get a answer outta them, guess I'll have to have a attorney figure it out cuz this is ridiculous. An on top of this it sounds like they knew the car had problems an the sales manager was pushing me really really hard for like 40 mins to buy extra warranty on the car to cover things just like this... just a thought an something ppl should watch out for if ever doing a deal with them

Brought an f150 in for 100k mile maintenance/check up and oil change. They marked everything as good on the truck . Got it back and low brake fluid light came on and then the powertrain light... took it back in . Loose brake line and they claim they couldnt get the powertrain light to come back on. Refused to cal ford corp and discuss with them why the light would have come on after I asked repeatedly. Gave us a crappy loaner car with only a 1/4 tank of gas in it. When my boyfriend went to pick up the truck 3.5 days later, they only refunded $69 dollars out of the over $500 we paid. Uh the $69 only covered the gas you used in the truck driving it around and us taking it in Lakewood Ford! Left a phone call for the general manager and have yet to get a call back. They either reimburse us or ill have the credit card company reverse the charge. Lack of care and carelessness is inexcusable.

UPDATE: They have filled up our tank and reimbursed us for the cleaning in our vehicle, since we are moving out of town very soon. Thank you Tony and Lakewood Ford for fixing the issue quickly and effectively. They promised to fill up the vehicle we bought because it was empty and they barely gave us 1/4 of a tank. They were suppose to clean the stains off the seats...and not one stain was removed turns out they only tried cleaning the drivers seat which was not in the agreement. I'm very disappointed with Lakewood ford this time. They said they were looking at the KBB value of the truck turns out KBB wasn't even available for the truck until recently. Before this we had great experiences with Lakewood Ford, but this time they really fell through.

We drove our vehicle home to Vancouver Washington. Drove fine. Put the Camper on it and trailer and now we have different story. The truck would turn off when going up a hill. Very unsafe when towing a 26 foot trailer and camper around a curve and you have to recycle the key to get it to restart. We found the entire fuel system to be rusted out. We spoke with our sales person many times about this. The GM JV would not take our calls. He would tell the sales person that they are having a meeting about us to see what they could do. No buy back offer, no finance help, no saying bring it up to our shop and see what we can do. Just the run around. Weeks of this going on we just told our mechanic to get it fixed. $7200.00 later our truck is running like it should have when we paid just under $60k for it (before Tax). Can't believe they wouldn't even take our calls. If they didn't want to help just tell us. Not this run around mess. Also they where suppose to give $200.00 to the person that referred us. That didn't happen. Plus they sold us a truck with out a Jack for the spare. So we couldn't get the spare tire off, Was told they would send us one. That never happened. Yes I know we signed a As Is Document. But at least have some cool and if your don't want to help us out at least take our calls and hear us out. Don't be a Richard and just yell at the salesman :"Why are these people calling me
