The staff here are polite and professional. They do an exemplary job of making you feel welcome and encouraged to return. I want to special shout out Justin for his top notch skills in explaining what and why they're servicing. Very satisfied with the work done, even if the price is a bit steep.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with getting an oil change. Justin was SO helpful and kind. He is so upbeat and everyone (didn’t get all names sorry) is so on point. It’s amazing to see them all work together. After today definitely don’t want to go anywhere else ? thank you to everyone.

I've been using them for oil changes and car wash for years. Support this small business that gives many youth first time jobs. Awesome and friendly service. Note the owner also gives back to the local community.

I’ve just pulled out from this place and it was a disappointing experience. We were new and were told to fill out a form and pick from the 3 oil service options provided. Which the bottom tier was $49.99 and the higher tier blend $110.00 and we picked the $49.99 option and was told by the tech that when my car info was uploaded to their systems the systems recommended the higher tier option which was $110.00 and I kept telling them no thanks I’ll do the lower tier and he wanted us to wait while he talked to the supervisor for 2 minutes and came back saying yeah we can’t do it, they had to let us go. The foundation of any business is their customers. I felt scammed and a little bit iffy on their predatory practices. Tsk tsk tsk for shame!

This was my 1st time going to Classy Chassis and I will definitely return. Had one car ahead of me on a friday at 1 pm.. they serviced that car in about 15 mins, and I was right in and right out!

This was my 2nd time at this location. Both times, they were very helpful and professional. They did a great job on both visits. They can give options on savings if you call ahead. It is a reasonable price, and you are in and out in a short time. It is a little tight with a large pickup but easily done. They offer services on both Gas and Diesel vehicles and other services besides just oil. I am very happy to make the long drive for great service. And they have a Military discount.

Great place to get a fast oil change, and they tell me to come back and get a free top off after 5,000 miles or every 2 weeks, but for some reason, the newer employees keeps charging me for it. And when I ask why? They say it's policy or I needed more than usual, but multiple times i went in with almost no oil (because my car does not leak oil but for some reason, it runs out of oil fast) and they didn't charge me this being from employees who have been there since I started going there like from 3 yrs ago. Why call it a free top off if the newer employees charge me for it. If the policy changed, why not update the customers with the new information. Most of the times I go in with out carring my debit card or cash because I go assuming it's free since that's what I was told since I started coming here. Other than that, most of the employees are very hard workers and they provide great customer service and care to the car.
