Pretty bad. Got told things that weren’t true multiple times. If you don’t ask super specific questions they just won’t tell you things about what you are getting into. Started off by being put on hold and forgotten about for 15 min by Zach L, just ended up driving there and when I went in there was one customer being helped by another employee, the employee who put me on hold was just standing there doing nothing and he told me he was super busy.Won’t be going back. Would not recommend

Dan Doan is the reason for 5 stars. It was a busy day but he did not make us feel rushed. Explained our options very clearly, helped us choose our product and accessories with expert recommendations. Really feel like he cared. Even installed our screen protectors! Go see Dan!

Victor was the easiest and best employee I dealt with. He helped me and my wife sign up from Verizon. He went above and beyond with me and my family’s needs. He was able to get us an amazing deal, transfer all of our information, and told us exactly what our bill will be. Victor was able to get us 200$ in tmobile credit as well to help me with Christmas gifts. I’ll 100% be recommending my everyone to come work with victor and to sign up with tmobile. Thanks once again victor for making our switch between carriers so easy!

This place cost me 1000s of dollars. Victor is very rude and dont know anything. They will lie to get you out the door I started a new business account and they gave me a phone number that was blocked after 11 hrs of phone calls and store visits they told me I'm SOL on that number. I have new coats and cards coming with that number. All Bad dylan is the manager that laughed it off like it was no big deal. Now T Mobil posted a 1 star on my business and liedThis is illegal I can't wait til tomorrow

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Victor made every “easy” issue very difficult. Then when the manager Dillon got involved he was extremely rude and unhelpful the problem did not get resolved save yourself the headache and go to a different company

Zach is the most helpful sales person I've ever encountered at any phone store, ever. I'm 72 years old and I've been to a lot of phone stores over the years so that's really saying something.

Vincent is a staff that had been working there with a terrible attitude. I had visited before and it appears that that is his demeanor. While I was explaining, he cut me off and did not care to hear what I had to say. Lied about having a 14 series phone and then tried to sell me a different series. I am really surprised management has not retrain him or evaluate him because the store is in a great location and I know customers can be demanding. However, there are methods that can help the customer and the staff. He is familiar with the technology but is T Mobile going to allow to lose more customers because of the lack of quality customer service? Someone in corporate may want to visit the store and educate the staff. There are other stores and phone providers that would be happy to take their business.

I was lead to believe that the phone I wanted that was 499.99 128g was not in stock. so I asked for the Sam Sung 128g @ 799.99. I bought a screen protector, adapter and case. My bill came close to 1300.00. I thought with taxes and all that is why such a high bill. It was not till I got home that I found that they sold me a more expensive model. The salesman did not tell me that both 128g models were out of stock. Not happy.

A+++ for the service I received. I went to this store to switch from Verizon. The amount and type of transfer data from my old phone and the Verizon Cloud posed significant challenges. It was anything but the normal data transfer. Dylan and his staff worked diligently and overtime to get the job done.... through Easter weekend no less! The store delivered on its promise. I couldn't be happier with the staffs' level of expertise and professionalism! This store's service level is AWESOME!!!
