My FIL passed away so we needed to help my MIL handle her accounts. She can't make it into the bank so her son & I are her POA. Well they didn't like that it said jointly. Said theywould have to send it to the upper bosses to review then call me back. That was over a week No call. Need to make an appointment it was informed today that they can't take the notarized POA paperwork because it has both us as joint. Even though we both were there. All we need is to update her password for her account. These people are thieves Stupid stupid bank Chase sucks

Robin and Scott at this branch have been a great help with all of our accounts. They are responsive and personable.

I do like banking with chase but only thing I dislike is when you deposit an personal check from a family member they 7day hold on it and level 65 and they wait until hold is lifted even if it all ready cleared their bank and was released in your account they release the funds for 7 days I think this is wrong it should be 3days not 7days and understand is it was an cashier check or an money order but not personal check

Chase witheld my money from my house sale which put our family homeless. I'm calling this one out specifically because they had me wait around all day saying they were figuring out. I called chases wire division and was informed that they put priority on the case but would still rake up to two business days. When I asked if a branchanager would know about this time delay they said yes. Branchanager had me sitting all day knowing I'd still have to sleep in my truck with my family. Don't ever use this branch and never use chase for a wire.

Don't expect them to care about anything. You're better off closing the account and going elsewhere. Terrible customer service, terrible branch manager.

Who hired this manager. I got further with my problem myself. Maybe I can be a manager next.

Very disappointing. I went to open my first bank account and waited in line. Got up to the teller and she said I needed to make an appointment because the bank was closing in 30 min . It was actually 45 min. No courtesy just rude. No apology or any kind of customer service. Ughhh well. May be only 17 but I would have stuck with them. Who knows may have used them for my first mortgage. Well guess I’ll be going to another bank to do business . I’m pretty sure opening up a checking account doesn’t take hours with my 1000 dollars.

I had a mixed experience here , Went in 9/19/22. I filled out a CC application online and the bank couldn't verify my address . I decided it would be easier to go into the branch to get my application done face to face . The Good- I was greeted and acknowledged right when I walked in , I communicated what I wanted and I got help in less than 5 min. The guy that helped me got the application squared away with a new card coming in 1-2 days , also helped me add the new number right away to my phone wallet for immediate use. He was helpful. The Bad- probably why I won't return . The guy that helped me , I forget his name . I told him clearly 2- 3 times . My application didn't have the correct address which is why it got archived in the system . I brought in the hard copy proof today to redo it . His first question to me was "Are you a citizen?" I stared at him blankly for a second and said.. yeah. I was thinking , I literally just told you multiple times what happened, what's the need to ask that? It has nothing to do with what I need help with . I brushed off the micro aggression and just finished the process . I wonder if he asks all the other customers, that are white and look like him if they are a citizen before he helps them ? Or perhaps he felt the need to ask me , because you know , brown ppl couldn't possibly be American citizens , that HAS to be why I'm having problems, just go ahead and ignore the whole explanation I gave you about why I'm here . I get that this is a small , not very diverse town and we've had our fair share of run-ins and micro aggressions, but if you're working with customers on a daily basis , watch the offensive, inflammatory things you might be thinking and maybe just don't say them out loud.

I recently had to deal with my deceased brother's account and Robin was amazing. Compassionate, friendly, and professional. Thank you for making a hard time easier.

TWO tellers said they ordered me a new debit card over a 2.5 week span, nothing was ever put in the system by either one. Completely useless branch. Plus customer service failed twice as well. Worst bank ever.

I have gone here a few times this week for various reasons and every time the service is quick and super polite. I just had a few of the employees go out of their way telling me to have a nice day and it made me happy.

Robin is probably one of the sweetest people to help you out when changing your name, or helping you sign up for a credit card. She was so sweet about the whole process and walked my husband and I through benefits, as well as helping me with a name change. Definitely recommend working with her!
