I had a tire mounted and balanced here. They did not remove the previous weight before balancing the new tire and added a bunch of weight to the opposite side. Pretty careless

I was in a car accident, my front left wheel was completely bent. I had been driving around dangerously on my spare tire. I ordered my part and asked to put it in myself, however they were so sweet! When I kept asking questions about not damaging the bead and they offered their services to install my tire onto the new wheel.. Even still... It turned out I ordered the wrong wheel. What these two guys did made my day and even my week. They bent my wheel back to shape at no cost to keep me going safely. This shop has the lowest prices in Olympia and the greater Olympia area. I'm so surprised that it isn't always full. they work quickly and they are polite

Came in today with a d*** problem (hitch extender stuck in hitch) and was greeted with a smile and immediately helped (after another shop turned us away). Couldn't be happier with the customer service or work done on my vehicle. I had also come in here another time for an alignment and trouble shooting a noise and had equally great service. I would reccomend this shop to anyone!
