I came to Top nails because it was close by my house. I got gel pedicure and manicure and it was a pleasant and enjoyable visit. I got the pedicure first and the man did a fantastic job with scrubbing and massaging my feet. Tina came and colored my toes and she also did my nails. Tina was really nice and she took her time to color my nails. I will be coming again to do my mani pedi here again!

Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. The experience overall was pretty terrible but the two things that bothered me the most were these: 1. The man doing my nails cut the side of my finger when clipping my natural nails in preparation for acrylics. I was clearly bleeding and he didn't say anything about it, only proceeded to heavily use a nail file directly over the cut even though I kept saying that it hurt. 2. The nails in the end were not a consistent shape, some looked oval while others looked square or more rounded. A few fingers looked really bumpy on top like he didn't smooth out the tops enough before applying the gel polish. I ended up using a nail file and re-shaping them at home afterwards. After about a week of grow out, the tops near my cuticle were all very sharp and I had to use a file to sand them down.

The guy working there was very rude. Was trying to charge $50 for a refill when the sign said $27 for gel fill. And when taking about the confusion on the price sign he told me to stop talking. So I ended up paying $25 just for the fill no color. He says that the powder is the gel and for nail polish it’s extra. Worst experience ever! Do not recommend.

Simply the worst manicure! Chunky polish job & the guy insisted I keep adding layers to correct his mess. I ended up with thick uneven polish that was all over my cuticles. Politely asked him to correct and he told me that it would look better with additional coats??♀️. Stay away from this place unless you like to pay for manicures that have to be redone. My nails look I did them @ home in the dark!

Sorry to say that I will not be coming back to this place after going here for over eight years. Walked in to get a pedicure with my mother. When we walked in the owner and an older gentleman that also works there were fighting. Yelling very loudly right at the front desk and waving their hands in the air. Did not even greet us or ask us what we were there for. We were ready to walk out when she rudely said "pick color' to us. We started to have our pedicure when she left in the middle of mine to grab the phone and call someone that she started yelling at all over again. Will never go back.

I started going to this place six months ago. I was in there every two weeks. The longer I visited the salon the worst the service got. There were days I was there the manicurist would actually leave me sitting at a station to work on a customer that had just walked in. I was trying not to cause a problem so I just took it. The last time I was there I was the only person in there, a trick I did on a regular basis I would go there when I knew when no one else was there. I lived close so I would just drive by until the place had no customers. She started working on my nails with the drill to take the polish off. About ten minutes into my appointment another customer came in. At that point she filled up a bowl with polish remover and put my fingers in the bowl. After about five minutes my fingers started burning. It was so uncomfortable I couldn't believe she did that to me. I told her I was leaving and got up to wash my hands. She actually told me to come back tomorrow. So she could finish. The arrogance of this woman was to much. I will never go there again. In the beginning you will be treated very nice. It will not last. Its been almost a month and my nails still hurt and look terrible.

I went in and got a full set of acrylics. The lady told me all the different additions I could do to my nails (gems, designs, etc), and did a great job custom shaping my stiletto nails, even tho I wanted them a bit shorter than they usually should be. They offered me coffee, and didn't make me keep up small talk, as that's very draining for me to do. Will be back again, and am very happy with how my nails turned out.

This was my 2nd time there and I was not disappointed! I get acrylics with gel polish and they do shape and length exactly as I like. Will keep going back!
