My visit today was short lived— I enjoy the items I purchased but will not return.Tami was beyond rude & short , I would have loved to come back and enjoy the wonderful beads that you have - such a great selection and most everyone else who helped was positive and pleasant but Tami’s customer service is beyond lacking, her manners and conversation are near bottom of the barrel and her short dismissive comments were not only unnecessary, they were mean spirited and cruel. She needs to be spoken to, reprimanded and possibly retrained on how to speak and handle business face to face with customers in a more positive , professional manner.

Went to this place many years ago and it was great. It is a ways away from my home so to travel there is a journey. I have been online browsing lately and the online site is not so user friendly. Prices seem to have gone up drastically.

I had a hard time finding this place because it wasn't marked very well compared to their last location. The sign on the door isn't very visible.Yes, they have A LOT of beads. I felt a lot of their beads were the cheap beads I used to by at the dime store in the 70s. I was disappointed that I didn't see the Swarovski beads like I saw when I visited the place about three years ago.I thought the workers weren't helpful at all and acted like they didn't want to deal with me when I asked them questions.

What happened to Shipwreck Beads???? This used to be a fabulous store, a destination in itself and had anything and everything beading including good natural stone/crystal beads and a coffee/snack counter. Went there last weekend. Store is in a new location, well off the beaten path in a industrial park area with barely sufficient signage and too many round-abouts. Selection was far less then they used to carry with many out of stock situations as well. And the prices... well, it is not necessarily a budget friendly place if you have a lot of stuff to get. Many items are dated and nothing exciting.... many aisles of not exciting. And... no coffee/snack bar. Not worth going to as any basic supplies can be had much closer to where I live and at a more competitive price. Staff was adequate but not especially helpful.

This is one of my all-time favorite places to go. I absolutely HAD to bring my friend from Michigan here, they ended up loving it and we both bought so much stuff.Everyone is so nice and extremely helpful and I always recommend going here to all of my friends! See you guys again soon

It was very overwhelming! Walking in, so big, sparkly-colors! But...empty space, lots of products in multiple locations. Terrible customer service from every employee, and I know that because I had to interact with every employee just to find out they didn't have what I came there for. I'm a bubbly, younger woman and I hope that's why they were so negative. Most of the other patrons were older and extremely introverted. Look what I made.

WOW... such a disappointment. Sure there are lots of aisles and it is a big store but a lot of the items just seemed dated. It just felt like the place had lost some pizazz. I don't want to compare it to a craft warehouse but compared to the bead shops that are out there online these days or in person it just felt old school. Don't get me wrong, love old school where it fits but being a bead store there should be a lot more options. A lot of their items were expensive that should not have been. The variety was not there and the quality was meh. Maybe they are just lost at sea and not a lot of treasures to speak of.

I finally made it to the new location of Shipwreck Beads. i am sure if you had never seen the old location you won't be disappointed.. but i was a regular then and here are my new observations. The store space is about a third of the old store. The warehouse is open next to the shopping area and it was very distracting to see. Some merchandise are stored behind counters and you must have someone go get what you are looking for, and if you want it they write up a little ticket that you have to give the cashier at checkout so you can pay and retrieve the item. not fun if you are browsing and not sure which type of needle you are looking for! There is no little cafe anymore where your husband or older kids can wait for you to finish shopping when they get bored or tired.. and boy there were times I had to take a sitting break before finishing my shopping. There are no more classes which is very sad because you can't find them anymore except on-line. There is no more library that I could find, and no special place for higher end beads. But I will say the people who work there are fantastic!

Wow! I've never seen so many beads in my life! This place is truly a bead wonderland. If you need/want beads of any color, any type, this is your place. Everything is well organized and there's signs above the aisles so it's easy to find what you're looking for. If you need help, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

What a monster selection of assorted beads! I have one problem, their selection of glow or chartreuse beads is limited.
