Would love to go check them out but seeing as how I work a typical Monday through Friday 9 to 5 job I'll never be able to. What is the point of having a business like this that isn't open at all on the weekends or in the evenings?

Rocket Plumbing is a frequent Rosen plumbing supply customer. The guys there are great, always return your call, help you find what you need, we couldn't ask for better people to work with. We look forward to many more years of doing business with them. No they are not a sizable company like Ferguson, but I would prefer to support smaller local business who pulls all the stops for their customers as opposed to a large company with employees who won't return calls or emails.

Was just in this place looking for plumbing supplies. Was told to go elsewhere, "somewhat politely" after asking questions the counter sales could not answer. Just looking for a 1/4 turn. I was amazed at the his lack of customer service. I advise everyone to stay clear or at least get rid of the problem. I did. I won't go back ever. I have a flipper where I need a houseful of plumbing supplies and fixtures. Your loss.

Funnn and helpful guys! All I needed was a bathtub spout, unlike the other bathroom fixture store I called in Tacoma, the person was quite helpful and not concerned I wasn't buying a whole bathroom set from them. Took time to answer my questions and made sure the part I needed was in stock. Stopped by a few days later to pick up the part, which was less expensive than what I paid for the previous one at the Big Box store, and of much better quality! Always appreciate it when business personnel treat you fairly and are cordial with their customers. I definitely recommend them to others and they will be my "go to" store when I do remodel my bathroom! Thanks Team Rosen!
