My experience at Zoomcare was excellent.- same day scheduling- on time appointment- no extraneous or uncomfortable admin.- I felt heard, properly assessed, and treated.- In-house pharmacy made my acute ordeal that much easier.I appreciated the high level of medical care provided by Thomas Chan. I can’t remember the last time I had a medical professional who actually listened to me and was kind and decent! Front staff was lovely. Doctor was amazing. I was in and out in 20 minutes, close to no wait with an appointment. AND I got my medication right there, waiting on the counter as I came out of the room. 11/10 experience. I’ll continue to go back for any unexpected illness for sure, way better than waiting a month to see your normal doc!

This is the only place I will go to for urgent care. The experience is consistently seamless- from making an appointment all the way to checking out. I always feel so cared for by the providers here, especially Linda Chu.

Great experience here. In and out, appt started on time and I never felt rushed. Amy the PA explained everything thoroughly and guy at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. Love that they had the medication I needed on site too so I didn't have to make another stop at the pharmacy. Definitely recommend this clinic.

ZoomCare in Kirkland is amazing. I was able to make an appointment the same day and there was no wait at the clinic. The appointment was thorough and I was able to do the blood draw there are the clinic right after the appointment. Lab results came the next day to my email. Bonus that everyone there was super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

At my daughters appointment today they scheduled my daughter for a ultrasound in Bellevue at 6:15pm(4:45pm consult) when they don’t do ultrasounds past 5:30pm. So they drove the opposite direction of our home, during rush hour, on a Friday, and waited over and hour to be told they don’t do them that late.. how is that possible? So now they’re headed to the ER in Redmond to wait 2 more hours to get one done. Extremely angry is an understatement!!

This is the fastest, most efficient urgent care ever!!! It's so refreshing to go somewhere you can make an appointment easily online, show up, and are done in 15ish minutes. I LOVE it and recommend this location and Bothell to everyone! The providers & staff at this location are really kind and knowledgeable.
