In short, Tyson is everything one could hope for in a mortgage agent. Tyson worked with me off and on over the course of more than a year until I was able to find a house that met all my criteria, during one of the craziest housing markets ever seen. He was always quick to respond to any question, extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. The mortgage software they use provides easy to understand quotes and breakdowns of closing costs. The fees and rates were all comparable or lower than other brokers I price checked. When it came to closing things were quick and clean with no fuss and all dates were hit. I will definitely be recommending his services and Fairway to anyone I meet who is in the market for a home loan or refinance!
