Do NOT order anything from them. Ordered 2 tires, used they approved installer, the tires were delivered late, i was told the installer is refusing to install my tires because they don’t have right equipment. They just returned my tires back. 2 stars is to much tor them! 1 star and bankruptcy, this is what the deserve!

This has been a terrible experience and I don't appreciate being lied to by the customer service representative on a refund request for install, e.g. me paying for services that were not rendered. This is the second issue I had with this company in the past 60 days. My first issue occurred after prepaying for the install service, but the install company double charged me and I had to fight tirebuyer for my refund. My second issue with a different order was based on the installer's unavailability. I asked for a refund for the install I prepaid for and I get the run around. I asked for a manager to contact me twice and still have not heard from them. I do not recommend doing business with this company unless you want to be ripped off. They now have a pattern of not making things right without a fight - and wasting customers' time.

I have been waiting for more than a week for the return label to be sent to me by email. The tires I bought are not the ones my car uses. They sent me another size.

Worst customer service! No help whatsoever. Nobody wants to help you. They all give you the run around. Stay away from this place. Do not order from them online. I asked them to start a return for me through their eBay store and their response is contact someone from ebay. Wow really? You just responded from your own eBay store account. What pathetic people who run this business. Quick to take your money but if there is an issue, you will not be helped at all. I got a better response from a rock on the ground than from them. I will also report them to the BBB. If you need tires. Pay a little more and go somewhere else. Not here.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
After ordering tires and scheduling an install I get an email saying they are unable to schedule with the selected installer. Nothing further, no “could we schedule with another installer?”, no alternative installer locations. I reply and give them another installer location. They reply and say, “your install is scheduled “. I go in and they do not have any record of me. The installer calls the other location and finds that they do have an appointment for me. I then call the original location and reschedule. Tire buyer then emails and asks if I rescheduled the appointment. I reply and say I rescheduled direct with the original installer.
Then, two days later I get a call AT 5:30 AM ASKING IF I RESCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT!! When I ask why they are calling me at 5:30 am the “Customer Service” person gets a rude attitude telling me about time zones and won’t answer why they called at 5:30 am.
Horrible customer service. Not buying anything from them again. And this is the 4th set of tires I bought from them. They were bought by a guy from the U.K., Michael Welch who is CEO since I last ordered tires. That’s probably why he customer service has become terrible.

Bought tires from them. 1 had a big bubble on the side. Sent pics got the run around. Told me to fill out paper work and send tire back and then after 30-45 days we might warranty it. Save yourself a hassle and buy elsewhere!

my experience was great I placed the order for tires on Sunday afternoon and the tires were on my doorstep Tuesday afternoon. I was worried after reading the reviews after I had made my purchase already but everything turned out fine I would order from this site again.

overall is expensive and promised discount don't work. Even their approved locations were more expensive than they promised. The customer service will not respond unless you are buying something else. Big rip off!

Can’t get a sales representative in the USA , supposedly tires arrived at installer and where signed for but installer doesn’t have them and nobody knows where they are . Just a bunch of endless phone calls going cancel my order they can keep their 15% not worth the hassle of saving a few dollars

Tires are good price if they decide to send them. Purchased tires over a month ago for delivery to my local shop. Never shipped or received. No customer service.

This place was awful. I ordered tires and I never received anything regarding the shipping or if the order was received. I had to jump through hoops just to find this information out. I definitely won't be buying tires from here again.

OMG The most difficult experience I have ever had. As most of the other posts have stated, do NOT do business with them. Their customer service is a joke, their so called rebate doesn't exist (at least for me), and they do not respond to emails or chat messages. I've ordered from them in the past and they were incredible. Not so much anymore. I ordered a set of tires, tried to cancel order (which they said you could do), and the tires were still delivered. After multiple attempts to have them picked up, we still have them. It's been 3 weeks. No updates, no calls, no response to any messages. Not sure where to go next. Hopefully this message will reach a next potential buyer.
