I called regarding two vehicles they had listed on Auto Trader at a significant discount over MSRP to make sure they were still available before coming down to the dealership. They said they were and asked me to come in a few hours so they could have them ready to show to me. I came at the appointed time and lo and behold, those cars were nowhere to be seen, but they had several others similar cars at full price in their “network,” though none physically at that location. Straight up liars, total bait and switch.

NOT HONEST!!!
I bought my car in July. After I went home I realized it doesn’t have any carpet ?♀️ They didn’t mention when I bought it. I wish they would tell me when I bought it, so I would order a carpet at that time.
They sold me a service package, the airbag light is on. They don’t cover it, I have to pay from my pocket.
Don’t buy their service package!

We got a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
At the time of closing the deal team was persuasive and made all efforts to convince us for the vehicle. However, at the time of receiving the vehicle we noticed our android auto car play was not working. Since it was a new vehicle and it was getting late we simply thought we could come later to get it fixed. Within three days we realised it needs software update. We raised the issue and were asked to pay $300 for the update. We raised the concern that software was not working from day 1. However, we were simply not greeted well and simply said “You have to pay for the upgrade”. They did not listened and acknowledged our concerns
