I had a wonderful experience at Novus Kirkland after a rock chip caused a large crack in my windshield. They not only replaced the windshield but were super friendly, efficient, and easy to schedule with. I would recommend them and plan to go back if I ever need more help.

Chipped windshield on the crumbling I-405. I had my windshield replaced maybe 3 months ago, just my luck. I'm lucky these guys are nearby because I didn't want to travel much longer without getting my $900 windshield replaced again if it cracked enough.Decent price without touching insurance.Just a small chip, fixed!Thank you, Novus Glass of Kirkland!

The only reason why we went here was because of the reviews. Unfortunately, we did not have a five star service. We asked for the OEM glass for our Mercedes . They installed a aftermarket one and billed for the OEM glass. The windshield wipers also weren’t working properly. Had to bring it back to get the correct glass and waste another day.

We had a window smashed while parked in Seattle. They stay late to get it fixed that day. The window whistled a little so they replaced the glass with something thicker for no cost. Outstanding service from start to finish.Services: Auto power window repair
