It does not clean your car very well and still leaves areas of “foggy” films specially on the rear glass for a hatchback vehicle. Bird poo on roof top was only cleaned half. Worse of all, car wash tunnel usually have dry towels at the end for you to wipe off the water drops on the car. But they don’t have any.

Bought the most expensive Extreme wash, still left a bunch of dirty spots on the car. They promise a vacuum token, which only gives you 3 minutes and has poor suction

Really good car wash. I got the extreme wash which was very good and cleaned my car completely. They give a token for vacuum but it only lasts for 3 min which is not good. But would definitely go there for regular car wash.

Took our suburban in for a diagnosis. We knew that one sensor had failed because Midas had diagnosed it. However we had another issue - a problem that could have been the rear differential / abs braking system but unclear. The symptom was two rear sensors having issues. Lee Johnson made us pay a diagnosis fee for their service / time which we agreed to but then they didn't do a thorough diagnosis. In fact, they gave us a diagnosis report that stated the one failed sensor (knew that already) and they said that our rear differential had to be rebuilt. Here are quotes from their diagnosis report: "found a large coating of metal on the sensors which lead to some kind of problem in rear differential creating metal in oil". We pay 251.15 for a diagnosis and it says some kind of problem? They said we had to do a complete rear differential rebuild and quoted us $6000. Just for the record there are sometimes metal shavings in the rear differential. We took it to another repair shop and we discovered it was NOT the rear differential. It was the ABS computer module and two sensors that needed to be replaced. After $3000 we were set and on our way. They mis-diagnosed the problem, didn't provide a thorough analysis report. Their pricing is outrageous. A day or two after we left we received a survey and gave them a 1 star and said why and the service manager never called. They don't care about providing good service and they don't appear to have the mechanic diagnosis that they should have.

Got my truck washed yesterday. Friendly man at the pay booth, excellent pre-wash prep. End result was a nice clean truck. Awesome!

Poor wash quality with no free vacuum. You have to pay with coins for vacuums (no credit card). The extreme wash option gives you a free vacuum token though I got only one and it lasted 3 minutes, not enough to vacuum the whole car. Vacuums don’t work too well. There is also no good space to really detail your car. The wash quality was not good - I had many dirt spots left.This was the worst automatic car wash I’ve had, sparing the car damage. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is a reliable and convenient location with good customer service to have our cars washed. Our Mazda was purchased here so we have free lifetime washes, but the package pricing for a punch card to clean our other vehicle is comparable to Brown Bear's pricing. We've not usually had to wait so it's a pretty quick stop after getting gas at Costco nearby.

We spoke to Kyle on the phone about purchasing our vehicle asked what condition it was in gave details about a minor scratch, got a price that was good & drove an hour out of our way only to learn that our tires were not brand new and that would decrease offer either $1k or we could bring it back with new tires for the original offer price. Needless to say, a giant waste of time. They never were going to give us that original price & thought maybe we would just go for it. Going to Carmax tomorrow for a better price. Don't bother with these guys, waste of time and effort.

If I could give zero stars I would, the salesman DAVID was so rude. When we first got there he would only speak to my husband and even though I gave them MY ID for the test drive they tried to hand the keys over to MY HUSBAND. We said multiple times we were car shopping for me. Then he tried to tell me we couldn't look at a certain vehicle because we looked like we couldn't afford it apparently and to top it off he tried to explain to me how a push to start vehicle worked in such a condescending way when I didn't even ask nor needed the explaining. Do NOT come here they obviously has bad reviews for a reason

I buy all my family’s cars at Lee Johnson for their very focused customer services. The staff is outstanding, Jim at agency is fantastic and they stand by their name! Love the free car wash benefit you get for live! HIGHLY recommend them!Services: Scratch removal
