I wouldn't recommend this clinic. I have mostly used it for preventive care visits and physicians just spent 10 minutes in the examination, so I didn't have any reassurance that the purpose of the visit was met. Also although the preventive visit is fully covered by my insurance, they determined to charge for the visit since they gave me a couple of recommendations about my cholesterol level (which should be part of the visit scope). Me and my family have definitely changed to a different provider. Thanks for reading me.

I have been a patient at Lakeshore for some forty-plus years, and have enjoyed excellent care. I have had my care managed by a succession of excellent, conscientious and skilled physicians, including my current physician, Dr. Salil Mathur. I have found the nursing and lab staff to be friendly, considerate and highly competent. When I've had need to discuss matters with office staff, they too have been responsive and helpful, including the reception staff.

Institutional stupidity at its worst -- this is a clown college. No updates to history, meds, wrong prescriptions, unavailable and difficult to contact, the patient "portal" is the single dumbest thing on the internet.

Been a long time patient and my doctor retired last year. Since then the care has been appalling. Just read all the other negative reviews, they are pretty on point and accurate. If you have a choice stay away from this clinic, it will save you a lot of stress.

Unfortunately I was a long time patient here and ever since being bought out by Evergreen, it has lost its personal touch. As the senior doctors are leaving, quality has gone down. The remaining main doctors are not accepting new patient even if you've been there for years. Lots of red tape to go through a corporate office and not enough personal autonomy.

I'm giving two stars. It really should be one star but our family doctor is great. However, there are so many terrible things about this practice:- reception is slow, unhelpful, and virtually always complains about their systems/computers. I usually spend at least 20 minutes up to 90 minutes to accomplish anything with them. - their new MyChart app is very poor, looks like an app built a decade ago. It's not intuitive or easy to use. - building/decor/equipment are all very dated. - our nurse seems clueless. Often confuses metric/imperial measurements and my wife and I feel we need to check every number she records and several times have had to correct her. Pros:- great doctor- plenty of parking - great location

I have been going here for years but today marks the end. I needed to make a simple follow up appointment and at 4:31 PM the lines were closed for the rest of the night with no voicemail service. They close at five. It's become impossible to get into any doctor that I want to see. The quality of Drs have have gone downhill. Anybody decent isn't taking new patients. I'm lucky that I have seen some of the better ones but they are leaving or retiring anyhow. Time to move on.

Great staff here! The only issue I have is that it is absolutely terrible trying to call to make an appointment. It takes forever to get through all the automated questions and even longer to speak with a real person. At this point I don't even call anymore, I drive out of my way to stop at the office and make appointments in person because it literally takes less time then trying to navigate their phone system.

Calling in to book appointments left me on hold for 20+ minutes each time I tried. I signed into their website and sent a "message" and it took five days for them to reply with an appointment time. Time to find a new primary care doctor for sure.

The reception is TERRIBLE, it provides NO service and just ruins the whole experience: - Call for any reason on average takes 25+ minutes of wait - Call back (nurse or somebody who can renew prescription) takes 1.5 days - Renewed prescriptions are done with mistakes I had to schedule an appointment with a doctor because 3 sent prescriptions were done incorrectly or sent to a wrong pharmacy. - At least make change the background music or offer an automated call back The same damn instrumental plays non-stop for the entire hold time, and you can't turn off the volume because you won't be able to hear when they finally answer. - Patient portal is a joke I'm an IT guy and I have trouble figure out how to message my doctor or nurse. There are multiple portals with different logins. They are migrating to Evergreen hospital portal for over a year, but the old portal is also still active just to confuse the hell out of you. The last call (12/7/2021) tried to schedule an appointment to see a doctor about minor cough that's being bothering me for over 2 weeks. After waiting on hold for ~30 mins, the receptionist told me that they cannot see me because they afraid of Covid and I need to wait for cough to go away. - Wait! I am vaccinated and have an official negative COVID test result from 2 days ago and the cough is the reason I'm trying to see a doctor! - No, you'd have to wait for cough to go away, but you can schedule a virtual visit. - receptionist told me. - What's the point of virtual visit? Are you going to talk about the weather just to send another $125 claim to my insurance for a "visit"? - I asked. They hung up. I'm done with this clinic.
