From the moment I heard my coworkers raving about Jay's Tint Shop, I knew I had to check it out for myself, and I'm so glad I did. Earlier this week, I reached out via email, and to my surprise, Jay responded promptly, even after regular business hours, which was the first sign of exceptional customer service.
Later in the week, I called to schedule an appointment, and Jay's demeanor on the phone was nothing short of kind and helpful. He walked me through the options, answered all my questions, and set up a time that worked with my schedule seamlessly.
Today was the big day, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The moment I stepped into the shop, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. Jay took great care of my car, and the tinting process was smooth from start to finish.
The result? Absolutely amazing! The quality of the tint is top-notch, and my car has never looked better. It's not just about the aesthetics, though—the comfort and protection from the sun's glare make a world of difference. Jay is a pleasure to do business with, incredibly knowledgeable about every car (mine is really unusual yet he knew to advise me to remove a component prior to working on the windows, which probably saved from repairs ). Absolutely 5 stars!

Cannot say enough good things about Jay's Tint Shop! The staff were super friendly and informative, giving me all the details I needed in order to choose the perfect film for my car windows. They worked quickly and finished the 2 windows (driver and passenger side) in under 2 hours. They provided clear instructions for the following days of care and future maintenance on the windows (no Windex!). I would absolutely return and am now always going to tint my car windows - I don't think I could ever live without it! Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Best price and my car looks so amazing! Jay took his time and explained to me all the options. I made an educated decision and I'm loving my car for the first time. Jay was great to work with! When I arrived at the end of the day to pick up my car, Jay was going over the last finishing details. He noticed a tiny fiber had gotten into one of the side windows. Though the shop was closed, he sent my family off to dinner and he immediately started completely redoing the window. I probably would never have seen the issue, but Jay called it out and made things right. The car looks great and I couldn't be happier.

I had a new rear window installed on my MK 6 GTI, needed the window tinted "limo" as dark as possible so know one can see what's in the car. Jay got me in the day after having the rear window installed, just a phone call away. He also "tuned" the work of a previous tint shop, perfection on his part, just being the craftsman that he is. I am a customer for life, and I live in Seattle, willing to travel for quality. Drew
