I dont normally write reviews but these guys are a great shop and deserve my time to write this. Without getting into details these guys really did a great job and I'm pretty sure they lost money on my car so i feel the least i can do is point others to this shop for work because its hard to find a mechanic to trust. Trust these guys to be honest and fair.

What a great experience. This team took care of us. We trusted them with our family. 1978 Ford Bronco. This was my father-in-law's, who is no longer with us. It sat for over 15 years. Fishers had it for about two months and took great care of it and us. They kept me up to date on progress and encouraged me to come by weekly to visually walk through the work! We are thrilled to have this back on the road. Thank you Fisher's Auto Service.

I live out of state and was looking to purchase a vehicle sight-unseen in Kirkland WA earlier this week. I needed to act quickly and contacted Steve at Fisher's Auto Service to see if they would do an inspection for me. Within 24 hours, I had an inspection report from Steve in hand that enabled me to move forward with the purchase. Excellent service and reasonable price.

I'm very disappointed with this auto service shop. The price gouging, dishonesty, and the need to add on unnecessary "service tasks" is ridiculous. I initially came in with an issue regarding a battery problem. I paid roughly 298 for a diagnostic and they kept my car for two nights while I needed it back quickly for a move. I was told that I needed the battery replaced, brakes replaced, brake fluid flushed, transmissions fluid replaced, and tires rotated and an oil change. This would cost me about $1900 before tax. Unbelievable. I told them I had recently done an oil change and tires rotated. I just wanted the battery replaced. For that alone, it would cost me $550. Battery costs about $250, so it's just their ridiculous labor markup. I took my car and went to another place that charged $260. The new place was fantastic and upfront/honest. Not ever giving this place another dime. Shame on them.

I've spent several thousand of dollars here and I have had to fix everything that they "fixed". They replaced my thermostat housing and did not reconnect the coolant hose and all of my coolant spilled out on the highway and almost caused my car to overheat. Then I got all new rotors, break pads, and sensors. A few weeks later my brake sensor went off again so I took off my wheels and found the sensors weren't secured so they were just dangling in my wheel well and were damaged. They recently replaced my knock sensor and unsurprisingly it's throwing the knock sensor code again. They always got my car in and out quickly but I would rather they spent more time doing the job correctly.

Overcharged massively for a wheel hub and a sway bar link replacement, paid over $1,500 for it, insane. Please don’t go here

Over charges almost $800 more than what other businesses charged. Would not negotiate on price

A professional top-tier shop! They work on new and classic vehicles. We had my wife's 64 Chevelle SS in for work on the top end. Not only did they do the work for the original work order, but they also found the trans kick down needed adjustment, and the choke needed work. They made sure everything was top-notch before returning our vehicle. I recommend this shop for anyone seeking professional and honest work!

I have always taken my car to fixers for repairs since i lived in Kirkland. I still took my car there when i moved out, but i think that was a miscalculation on my part. Last time i took my car to their shop to be repaired, i had to spend more 1000usd (tow fee and "repair" fee) with no repair work done on my car. i don't understand how it's just and legal to make customers pay when no repairs were done. I paid 731usd for nothing. They couldn't even offer any reasonable explanation as to why. The code was P0306, but their mechanic claimed it might have been the cam shaft. That will only make sense if you're naive about car problems. i will never take my car there to be repaired. I still don't understand how anyone would charge you money for not doing what they set out to do. It makes no sense. When i brought it up to people who knows about car issues, they were appalled and suggested other places to take the car for repair. That experience depressed me. smh. They can do that to rich preppy kirlanders, i am not one of them. I'm a poor man who needs a vehicle to work and put food on the table.

The service guys (Todd and Steve) and the mechanics are great. They do great jobs at a reasonable price with full transparency.
