Working with Dan and Fairway for our home loan was one of the best decisions we made. We were first-time homebuyers in a very competitive area and Dan helped us every step of the way.
He was both highly competent and very approachable for questions, and very quick to respond at all hours.
One highlight was when we submitted our final offer on a Saturday evening, Dan jumped on a call with the selling agent to add even more credibility to our offer, which helped get our offer accepted.
Another highlight for us was being able to close in under 2 weeks, not only did that make our offer standout even more, but it was also nice for us to get everything wrapped up so quickly.

Dan was SO responsive and such a huge advocate for us. He personally called the selling agent to help advocate for us as buyers and because of that he helped us get our offer accepted. He felt not only like our lending agent and advocate but a friend.

From start to finish, Dan Chapman and fantastic his team (kudos also to Ember C. who was also amazing) had fantastic, stress free communication. In the end they closed our loan quickly and smoothly.
