Unpleasant experience with the doctor my after wife’s delivery. The doctor shows no interest or concern for the issues, as if they don’t care after being paid.

Timing is worst here and receptionist is not helpful. We were 15 minutes late to our appointment. Although we called and informed, they canceled it. We typically wait 30-45 minutes to see doctor. You want us to respect your time, you should respect our time too!!

I went to get an annual exam and was seen by Dr.Johnston which was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. She seemed like she was in a rush and talked very fast which made it hard to understand her and very quickly blew off any concerns I had, I saw her for maybe 5 minutes and that was it. During the exam, I brought up concern about my breast and she proceeded to tell me I needed my breasts for breastfeed so she wouldn't recommend a breast reduction for me even though she never asked if I even planned to breastfeed or have kids in the future and insensitively told me the concerns with my breast would be resolved if I just lost weight. She also told me that it's possible I have PCOS but instead of giving me medically accurate information on the condition I was told to just Google it. I felt completely ignored the entire time and walked out that office wanting to cry. It is very clear to me Dr.Johnston has terrible bedside manners and I will not be returning at all to this clinic.

I love dr. Vanly Nguyen! She have been my doctor for 3 years now! She is the best for me and always took good care of me on both of my pregnancy. She’s great ♥️

I had a fantastic experience with everyone in the clinic.I did some research as I had to look for a new obgyn and it was a completely new process to me. After reading some reviews, I decided on this clinic and Doctor based on my needs. I was anxious to be with someone that would dismiss my multiple questions, for some doctors they might have been too “easy and obvious” and as a patient you could get dismissed. However, for me it was completely the opposite.I was seeing Dr. Delorit and every time I was first seen by RN Brianna. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and patient.Since this was my first baby many things were new to me, they were sure to answer all my questions (and I had many!) in person and also through the portal, giving me a call back if there was a more thorough answer.Lastly, the Evergreen hospital felt incredibly peaceful and my delivery was so peaceful and a good experience.Thank you Dr. Delorit, Brianna, Dawn (in ultrasound).

I've been seeing Dr. Bonnie Gong for at least fifteen years and cannot say enough great things about her. She's got a wonderful attitude and takes time to get to know her patients and I never feel rushed during my appointments. She is very thorough and looks at her patients' health holistically and offers solutions and ideas to help. She is highly knowledgeable and professional but with a friendly demeanor and attitude. I enjoy visiting with her and know she is always looking out for my best interest.

Dr Shaunie Keys is amazing. Recommend 100%. She saved my life back in 2017 and birthed my son recently. It is hard to schedule sometimes at this clinic but the wait times are good.

I’ve been going here for all three of my pregnancies and can’t say enough positive things about it! With my first pregnancy, during the height of Covid in 2020, all appointments were switched to phone calls. The morning of my 24 week “phone appt” I just had a gut feeling I needed to go into the office. I called and they were so understanding of me wanting to be seen in person, and not only that, my OB Dr. Dise caught that I was prematurely contracting and dilating and sent me immediately to the hospital for an emergency cerclage. I can’t thank her enough for being so diligent in my care and quite literally saving my firstborn from being born a micro premie.I received stellar care from all the staff, and again from Dr. Dise during my second pregnancy. And I’m back there again this year for my care with my third child.People seem to be complaining of limited appointment availability/ long phone wait times, and to that I say - it’s because they rock at what they do… they’re busy for a reason!!!Dr. Dise, don’t ever leave! And if you do, I’ll follow you! LOL! She is the only person I trust to take care of me and my babies, and not try to coerce me into any money grabbing theatrics. I love this place. So much so, that I’m back for this third pregnancy even as an uninsured patient this time.

Honestly, for your own sake go somewhere else if you can. I hear Overlake is pretty decent. This office is plenty busy regardless, so don't feel bad about going somewhere else.The provider checked off the bare minimum for medical care so I reluctantly gave an extra star, but they tried to screw me over big time and made me pay $4000 out of pocket for delivery by billing the wrong insurance even though I was covered at the time. The billing department would not work with my correct insurance company because of some 90 day rule (even though they filed the claim late to begin with), and my insurance was willing and tried to reach out to them to pay the claim. They had zero interest or empathy in helping me work to clear the bill with my insurance and were only interested in setting up a payment plan for me to pay out of pocket. If they had even suggested how I could work with my insurance to properly file the claim, I would not be as upset, but instead they only yelled at me over the phone about how this was instead my fault and to pay up!

At first I would like to say that I had my antenatal with you and it was a great experience and that’s why I kept choosing this clinic and recommended to all of my friends. The doctor and the staff were really comprehensives about my situation with your language.Today I had an appointment with doctor Guoli Johnston and I never felt so offended. She seemed not having a good day.I was trying my best to understand everything she was saying, even had my personal translator on phone to help me and had to listen stuffs like: if she has been here 4 years why can’t she understand me?That was so unprofessional and rude. It looked like she didn’t care about at all.I already scheduled a new appointment with a different doctor but would like to report this.Thank you.

I had a call with Cathy in the billing department. She was very rude. I didn’t even start speaking and she started shouting at me for no reason. I had a problem with my billing and she was talking to me as if she was doing me a favor. She was not able to solve my problem after all, but the attitude was horrifying. I hope they do something about it. My doctor is good, but all other processes of appointments and billing makes it stressful and pathetic.

Always had a positive experience here. Dr Keys is great and she was my OB throughout my first pregnancy. Good bedside manner and cares about her patients. The assistants and front desk staff were also helpful and good to work with. I recommend coming here.
