Rude owner likes to rip people off. Never take anything there to sell or trade. He treats people poorly and for a toy store doesn't like kids either.

Called the owner to go over a small collection I had and wanted to move. Made an appointment to have it looked at. He spent a good hour going through things and helping me understand the value of what I had doing research with me on some odd variants. Very knowledgeable guy overall, he’s been in the industry for a long time and has some really cool stuff at the store.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Horrendous customer service and the owner, Tysan, is not a good person. I am speaking from personal experience in dealing with him regarding a large purchase ($3000) that I made. I will NEVER buy from them again.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the store's owner Tysan. I came to sell some of my collection and he was a delight to work with. He was very open with the process and gave me a very good deal for my items. He is clearly an experienced and knowledgeable expert in the collecting world. I look forward to doing more business with him.

The owner of this place has harassed me at a comic convention. I've also seen him be extremely racist to some people. Horrible guy.

Watch out for this hot head. You will experience his aggressive/in your face attitude immediately. I thought maybe he was having a bad day but once I read some other peoples experiences he’s been having a bad year or so. We will pray for you and it might not be a bad idea to get out of the customer service business for good

The business needs to change its hours of operation. It is not open like a regular walk in store.There is a note on the door saying that it is not open to the public.

Owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional in my interactions with him.The shop and owners reputation in the community of local business owners and makers is abysmal, and for good reason.There’s no redeeming quality about this place. Take the extra time to drive or bus somewhere else.

Bald gentlemen was very rude when asked a basic question, might need to get into a different line of work that doesn't rely heavily on customer service being the make or break of a return customer. Yikes!
