So interestingly under regulation RCW 19.94.390, A supplier of goods is required to display the prices of all items for sale. West Hill Market is negating to display the prices of cigarettes juices and everything else which is a violation of Washington state law. I guess I'll just have to go ahead and report you for improper sale without proper notification of price

This place is next door to a National Guard guard armory, and is blatantly price gouging U.S. soldiers and their neighbors with ridiculously jacked up prices. Furthermore, they do not post any prices on the shelves so you don't know how much anything costs until they've rung it up. $7.99 for ONE HALF GALLON of Half & Half?!?! Yet a WHOLE GALLON of Milk was $5+change.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE.

I like this store, they cleaned it up a lot after the previous owners.There is usually not much activity outside and feels safe most of the time.
