Worst bank I've had the displeasure of being a customer for. Their customer service is straight awful. They do not respond to emails, their phone service is basically non-existent, and the in person tellers have no power to do anything beyond the most basic transactions which you can already do online. Don't bank here.

My first time being at this bank my bf and I went to add our son to his account and they make us wait a whole hour I understand that they get busy but the worst part was that we had our son with us and my baby needed to be charged so I ask for a bathroom and the (Latina)lady at the window was so rude saying that they didn’t have public restrooms, like really we were waiting for a whole hour and my 3 month old baby needed a clean diaper, so I have to go to my car and change him there. They need nicer people at this place. And if they are going to make people to wait that long at least have a costume bathroom only.

Worst banking experiences with them I have walked in multiple times. Last time came in was to open a credit card the banker that I was greeted by said go do it online with an attitude! I let that go did not report it all. Today I walked in trying to open an account for my daughter the lady banker today 7/11 says as I’m walking to ask for information “IM GOING ON LUNCH” walks away, I’m thinking theirs more bankers that can guide me with info I’m sitting down waiting for someone to help me she walks out of the back and walks straight to me gets extremely close to me letting me know that when she gets back from lunch she won’t be able to help because she has an appt. At this point I feel very disrespected theirs cámaras check them!

No drive through lane open. I have severe copd can't walk in to bank. No manager available and no business card so couldn't speak to him or her. Discrimination to a senior with a handicap. Needed to make deposit into someone's account. Horrible Bank and nobody cared

Went today and David was super nice,friendly ,And really beautiful human I’m very happy with he’s awesome and excellent customer service ,this is no the first time I coming to this bank but this is the first I meet with David plus this excellent service Wells Fargo thank you for this guy !!! And of course Margarita as well she’s the best !!!

Every time I come to this branch I have to wait at least 90 minutes to talk to an employee. Everything takes hours to perform; even the simplest of transactions. I had already spoken about this to the management. The district manager called my office, apologized and assigned me a personal banker / personal guidance by the name of Wilson due to my status at the bank. Wilson called me to ask me to go directly to his desk everytime I stop at this branch so that he can handle the transaction. The issue now, is that every time I have come into the branch since then; Wilson is not there. Hence another 90 minutes wasted for a simple transaction that online banking will not allow me to perform. A couple of days ago; I made an appointment with Wilson to open 2 accounts, set up an investment and a large deposit. When I showed up to my appointment, I was informed that my personal guidance was no longer with Wells Fargo and they referred me over to Travis. I waited patiently for 70 minutes to speak to Travis. As I was about to sit at his desk, he asked "what do you need?" I explained; and his response was "Sorry, I do not do any banking"My response, ok, I'll go do my banking somewhere else. If wells Fargo bank is not doing any banking anymore I am surely going to move my banking to a bank that does. Thanks for making it clear that you don't want our business.

DO NOT BANK AT WELLS FARGO! THIS LOCATION IS ONE OF THE WORST. IF YOU ENJOY WASTING YOUR TIME, STANDING IN LONG LINE, AND DON'T CARE ATTITUDE, THAN THIS IS YOUR BANK. Wells Fargo Banks don't really care about customer service. It is sad how it deteriorated, into one of the worst banks in WA state!Just got a reply from Casey HL social from the bank... It is the same response like all others, sorry for your experience, we will do better please email at this address etc... What I do not understand is why this bank in Kent with too many complains and lousy customer service, are still operating?This Wells Fargo Bank needs to look into their day to day operations, do an 3 months internal audit at this branch to see what really going on. Hire, fire, and retrain the managers and the tellers at this branch, and other branches as well. STOP GIVING US THE LIP SERVICE, ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS!

I try my best to avoid this location.There are never enough tellers inside, the line is always long as well as the wait time to get your banking done. The drive thru isn't better either. Avoid this location unless you are the first to be seen when they open, or you have no other choice.

I have a loan with wells fargo. I made a payment arrangement. I made the payment in cash at a branch, where i was told my payment arrangement would be cancelled because i made the payment. They still took my payment from my bank account, which resulted in several over draft fees. They wont pay that back, nor will they give me my money back for the extra payment. Dont trust these guys. Dont do business with them. They are liars and they absolutely will screw you over.

This is the slowest bank I have ever had to deal with. Sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and everyone is mad. When I got up to the window and 1 person is working 2 lines. Both lines have cars backed all the way up in the parking lot. They need to have more than 1 person working the drive thru. Get it together wells fargo. This is ridiculous!!!!!
