Good luck catching them while they are open, even during their “business hours.” 4pm is 4pm. Not 3:45.

They open at 10am. I was here on 11/29/23. There was no line and the lady there was extremely nice and very helpful. In and out in minutes. No hassle, no fuss no complaints. Went in shipped my stuff and left.

The worst experience I ship my package from there only got two scanned from there that's it and never delivered to my destination. Both time I send this package from there both time I have problems. No help no one answer the phone. Never use this post office again.

Not sure why the average rating isn’t that great, but my experience has been really good. It’s faster and pleasant as well. Inna, the lady at the register is super helpful.

This post office (known as the "Kent Midway" location) is not easily spotted from the street. You could probably drive past it ten times and never know it's there, but It's tucked in the same strip mall as Dollar Tree on Pac Highway just south of Kent Des Moines Road. (You can also access it from 30th Avenue South.). But once you're there, this post office has plenty of parking. It also has weird hours. The hours on Yelp are wrong, and I suspect it's because you can't include split hours on Yelp. I've included a photo of the hours, I hope that helps. But it may not help enough... Can you go before work? Probably not. Can you go during your lunch hour? Also no. But, there are rarely more than a few people in line (I'm looking at you, Downtown Kent Post Office with your long lines!), and the employees are always friendly and efficient. For that reason, it might be worth it to find this little postal location.

I can't hate what doesn't exist. Place was burnt down to the ground. Spectacular fire took over 24 hours and required 75 fire fighters to extinguish.

Rarely any lines, fast service, and minimal conversation. If people ever double checked on the company's site, they would know that the listed hours on Google are incorrect. They're open from 10AM-1230PM then 130PM-4PM Monday-Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS!! Says it's open 24 hours but it is not. We went there at midnight and the door was locked. No signs says any hours so we have no idea when it is open or closed and while looking thru the door can only see PO boxes in a very small area.
