BEWARE: this guy is a major time scammer!!! Stay as far away from this shop as possible, he scammed us out of $1900 and didn’t fix the issue, he said it would be $2,000 more to actually fix it, when we took it back to him after 2 days after we picked up the car. He’s very rude and unprofessional.

This guy Pedro is a total joke. Can’t even speak English properly. Don’t know why he’s running the shop when his communication skills are garbage. Called him and he just kept yelping “Trix Auto!” like he was on crack. Arrogant and rude. Stay away. And then he got mad when I didn’t introduce myself. Pretends he’s a CEO deserving of all respect, acts like a crackhead.

I just tried talking to someone on the phone and I can't even get through a simple conversation explaining what I needed done on my car.
I simply gave up after 20 seconds, said this is a headache and hung up.

My dad brought his truck here on the 4th of July with the intention of changing his timing belt.We brought it and the mechanic claims that nothing is wrong with the belt system. In fact, he claimed that we should keep driving it until it's actually broken (which is exactly what we are trying to prevent? There were clear cracks in the belt.)He did however, say that we should get the power steering flush and oil change flush. Add on a couple other things and he was still adamant, we got charged for the belt pulley, everything was over 600$. That's fine since we thought it was FIXED.Fast forward to 7/15, dad has been on vacation for the last two weeks and by the time he checked his car, the belt was out of it's belt tensioner and that needed to be replaced. We had to call a towing company AND pay the expenses but on top of that, pay for the belt tensioner part (96$), whiched led to a grand total of 1000$ for all his visits...My dad has paper evidence that on 7/4 all the way until 7/15, he has literally driven 1 mile total (back to our house) and has not done anything to it. The mechanic insisted that there was nothing wrong and he told us about it all along?? What?!?Please do yourself a favor and don't bring your car here. He is unprofessional and does careless work, it all feels like a scam.

I wish I could give zero star to this crook!! May 13th I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change as I've done many times before. But this particular time I'm not sure if he was high or what but he failed to replace my oil cap back on my engine. So after driving for roughly 3 days with no oil cap, I have oil everywhere. As a mechanic, I expect this idiot to know to put the cap back on the engine after doing a freaking oil change. Oil can get into internal crevices causing more damage and more money. He barely speaks English but is always getting fresh asked me do I have a husband all the time, Being a complete creep. I would never be interested if you were the last thing on earth. He protrays himself as someone who knows what he's talking about but don't be folded, HE DOES NOT. Needless to say, on this day, I had to pull over somewhere to find an auto zone to get a cap from and get the oil cleaned up from my engine. Im calling the BBB THIS FOOL SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!! He owes me for my oil cap, His negligence and my having to pay to get oil cleaned from my engine. I'm filing a lawsuit against this business. DO NOT COME HERE

Loose washer left my oil leaking twice, and on this third time giving him a chance, he didn't top off any lquids. My coolant is extremely low and I'm out of washer fluid two days after getting my oil changed. Not going back.Service: Oil change

The Old guy was mean. Bad communication. He was in a rush. I asked to reschedule another appointment he got mad. He didn't put my oil filter properly and caused my car to leak and he was blaming my car saying sensor and all the bull crap. I opened the hood and the filter was sitting on the oil hose. He didn't apologize or do anything about it he kept blaming my car had problems. I asked how many years has he been a mechanic he said 17 years. With that experience in mechanic work you won't forget to put the filter on. Never! Don't ever go to this shop. He will break your car and act as if your car had problems already before coming in the shop. Bad customer service and very mean!
