This is the place to go for a self dog wash. They supply an elevated tub, shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaning supplies, blow dryer, towels. You can also pay to have someone clip your pups nails. Everything is reasonably priced. They have lots of fun stuff for your dog too. Toys, treats, dog food, etc. Everyone is friendly and does a great job.

Bring our dog there. It is so easy and they have everything you need to at the tub. They do a good job of toenail trimming.

Best place around. Super helpful! Lots of available fully working baths to use. Never a bad experience and I’ve been there over a dozen times.

When you close at 6, and we get there at 5:30...we shouldn't be turned away. It doesn't take 30 minutes for us to wash our puppy. The employees didn't want to do their job.

I'm giving this place 1 star. I used to love this place. We were going there since the beginning of the pandemic. Until recently. We used to take our pups there for toenail trimming. ( for little dogs they use cat clippers lol) It saddens me how rude they can be. I had signed a paper with my name on it before on may 2023.The rules in WA State Rules Not quite the law yet.) Now All Dogs and Cats have to be vaccinated against rabies before getting nails trimmed or clipped. I had my dogs rabies tag and his identification tag with my Vets phone number and she rudely said that wasn't proof enough for him. Ok but she said I could give him a bath? She must have either felt bad about humiliating me Infront of another employee that day or she knows I'm a good tipper. If the tags weren't proof enough why would she say I can give him a bath. I'm wondering is she now the assistant attendant in charge ? I'm sure other people there have had dealings with her before. Now in May 2023 she had me sign my name she didn't even request any proof he had rabies vaccines or not she still clipped his nails I can't believe how much money we put into this place. We found another place to take our pups to. These Groomers are the best yet in Kent WA. We will not be coming back.. hopefully the owner sees this post...

It was so nice to go to a place where everything is provided, and you can even blow dry your dog with a massive blow dryer. The tubs are waist high, and there are different heights depending on your stature. To top it off, they clean up after you! My 2 dogs were much cleaner than if I did it at home and rinsed better. Will definitely be going there again and recommending to my friends ?

I was very impressed with the friendly staff and clean, convenient facilities. We walked in with our dog and were provided with everything we needed to get her clean, deshed and sweet smelling. Well worth the price of the visit.

I love the soggy doggy ! My dog doesn’t, she jumped out of a tub (my fault for being short and trying to get to her other side) and scared someone enough to leave. Honestly it’s a great place to wash your dog and they have someone that can cut their nails quickly.

Went there to get my dogs nails trimmed because she gets really anxious when I do it. And I tried to make that clear to staff but they just wanted to get it done right away and didn't allow for my dog to calm down or use any techniques beyond just making me hold her down. Afterward, she got really choppy nails and I had a ripped shirt from the horrible experience we had. Never going back there... my vet does a better job and they don't even sedate my dog.

I love this location because I can wash my pup and not have to worry about finding groomers who can deal with his energy. Plus everything is provided at reasonable prices.

What a great benefit to have a Soggy Doggy so close to us. The staff was great and made my doggo feel welcome and happy. I'd recommend taking your pup there, they offer bathing and grooming. A long with pet supplies too.

I was so happy to be able to bathe my dog and not have my back screaming later. All of the supplies I needed were available with the price of the bath, and I was left to hang with my girl and bond during bathtime. Will be coming back every couple of weeks. Thanks so much for giving people the ability to use your facilities at a fair cost. I used to schedule grooming at the local chain, but it was so expensive and getting an appt was like pulling teeth. This is so great! I don't need an appointment to come in and bathe my girls and I can come in after work on weekdays. This was my first time coming to your store and you've already earned a repeat customer.

The new location next to Ace Hardware is great. More room and very good layout. The third time we've come with our now 60 pound, multi breed rescue. Counter height wash stations are the only way for us older folk. Everyone there is so willing to help and are so gentle with the pets. I love that everything is provided and so easily accessible. The rates are so reasonable, we won't wash her in the tub ever again.
