Junk products. I bought an alternator and all it did was kill my brand new battery and fried my msd coil... Stay far away from them if you value your vehicle.

I had a great experience with the team at Romaine. Not only did they get me out of a pinch with the right alternator, they were able to clock it 90 degrees for me. This is my permanent source for alternators.

They sent my business a bill for goods I never picked up or received. Commercial business / accounts beware. Check your invoices for actual products or work performed. I called 5 times to verify incorrect billing address for a different shop with a similar name, no response at all. My brother called from a different number and got a hold of management (ish) (person in charge at the time) and they said it was a "marine starter". We don't work on boats or anything like that at all. Next step if they keep sending these is a call to the Attorney General for unethical business practices. Could be a billing error, but no call back is VERY shady. They let a part go out on a cash invoice, I've never done business with them once. Why should I get the bill?County Line Auto & Diesel INCToledo WA 98591Address for my business isn't even correct on the invoice and they sent it to my neighbor. He gave it to me because it had "County line Auto Repair" on the envelop.

The folks at Romaine Electric were great! They went out of their way to help me get a replacement alternator for my military vehicle. I apologize for not knowing everyone's name who helped me. But Susie in the office communicated with me often to keep me informed while they searched for a replacment for my alternator. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with their professionalism. HIghly recommend Romaine Electric!

Rick was an amazing help! We came in to get our old alternator rebuilt and to save us all time and money he gave us a great deal for an alternator. He has a wealth of knowledge and we’re SO glad we met him. Thank you Rick for giving us peace of mind!

I've gone to romaine for heavy truck electrical components for years. They always have what I need and ha e quality products. My last experience with them promoted me to write this review. The alternator they sold me was defective (which is out of character for Romaine). They made it right immediately when I brought it to their attention, no questions asked. This is the only place to go for batteries, starters, alternators and other electrical components.

Bought lots of starters and alternators used in commercial and everyday use small as large engine. Usually, the price is much better than retail stores.

I have been building and fixing things all my life. I took an alternator into Romaine Electric because I needed to have it modified to work with a programmable voltage regulator I bought because I was upgrading my boat to high-end AGM batteries. Romaine Electric's knowledge and skills with the things they work on is like my rating says, it's "as good as it gets." But not only are they extremely competent, their prices are fair and their customer service is excellent. Whether you need to buy a starter, alternator, or generator... or you need to repair one, these are they guys to use.

I had a motor from an old diesel furnace for a boat, that was no longer available. My options were very limited as I could find no motor available for this furnace. A co-worker suggested I contact Romaine Electric to see if they could re-brush my blower motor. From the email I submitted to the Ballard location which was forwarded to Nick the President of Romaine, Nick said he would take on the challenge. The closing of teh sale of my boat was in one week from when I turned in the motor so I needed it right away. I emailed Nick a couple days later and he replied from home on the couch sick, including his team on the email. Between Nick and his shop of technicians they totally came through. I put the furnace back together and it ran like new. For me, this was Old School, Nordstromisk, OUTSTANDING, Customer Service. The re-brushed motor saved me from having to spend or deduct about $8000.00 from the sale of the boat. Thank you Nick, and your shop for making this happen, it is nice to see this level of service once in a while when it seems so rare these days.

I used this place because they were close by. But now after having problems with every single starter I've gotten from them, I'm done. They sell you cheap Chinese copies that are the lowest quality and the guy behind the counter is always condescending when you try to warranty the part. Spend more money somewhere else, it'll save you in the long run from costly comebacks for failed parts.

This place has great customer service. It's the only place I go for my parts. Fast and efficient and I've won several awards on my cars with there parts. I would recommend this place to my friends and there prices are great too.
