Two months ago I buyed a 2012 Toyota Camry and the vehicle is very good and two days ago I buyed another vehicle for my cousin the sale guy help me a lot and reliable car and if I would buy a another car I will buy from this car dealer ship and is trusted and helpful and the price is lower than any other dealership.

My boyfriend bought a cadillac 1997 car here, and at first everything seemed to be great. After about four days or so, the whole system started shutting down. The car was not only having mechanical issues, but electrical as well. He called to ask what was up and see if they could help him, seeing as the car had only been in his possession a couple days. They refused and said they had no responsibility for a car outside of their lot. It turns out the transmission is totally busted, the electrical system is severely damaged, and the cost of fixing it up is a LOT more than what the car was bought for. He received the tabs recently just for the car to be thrown in the junkyard. It's a piece of junk! Seeing other reviews, its absolutely terrible and horrifying that a company has done this MULTIPLE TIMES with no repercussions. As many of us know a car is a financial sacrifice, and having this happen is TRAUMATIZING. This is not cheap! Take your business elsewhere, you are not doing well!

I highly recommend you get your next used car or truck from here. We bought a 2005 Dodge Dakota truck with a camper shell and it was the best value from here all the way to Monroe. We checked dozens of places because trucks hold their value and they were expensive. This truck had a few minor issues and they worked hard to resolve them. Had the truck over six months now and it runs like a champ. They went above and beyond for us by getting a piece of trim around the fender well and painting it. Also, they were kind enough to drive it to the Dodge dealer so I could get a pre-inspection. I don't know any other lot that would happily take one of the vehicles to the dealer just because you can't leave your work. Super nice and professional business.

Had an appointment this afternoon to look at a car. When I got there, the car had been sold. The guy even admitted that it sold "3-4 days ago". This means the car was sold before I called, and it was not available when he told me it was.

Ain’t worth the time. Drove from bothell to the dealer just to find out the pics didn’t match nothing of the interior and the details in the Ad didn’t match what I was looking at in the car while being there. Complete waste of time and the seller was not transparent. Would not recommend.

Arranged to have car looked at by mechanic before sale two times and salesman “forgot” tried to blame me for not reminding him twice, was very argumentative and rude.Was very interested in vehicle but salesperson was not helpful.Waste of a week and many phone calls trying to coordinate with uncooperative person.Waste of time.

I bought a 2007 lexus RX350 about 2 weeks ago. I've already been carless now 4 days. I took it to a mechanic and was informed the head gasket is blown, the transmission is slipping, cylinder 2 and 6 are blown, the belts for the air conditioning aren't even on the car, etc. Its been a nightmare. I spent 6300 and would have to spend another 4500 to fix. When I went there they told me I sabotaged the car and there's nothing they can do. DO NOT GO HERE!!
