Zero stars should be an option! I made an appointment for 9am on Friday October 27th for shortness of breath And coughing. I came to the office and tried to check in but was called over to the receptionist where she told me I could no longer been seen today because the doctor I had an appointment with was not coming into the office. Instead of calling me to tell me this they waited until I drove all the way there. I then asked if I could reschedule for tomorrow or sometime within the next couple of days. She then said no and that I could not get another appointment until November 14! 2 weeks after my original appointment! Then they gave me a list of urgent cares and said to try one of them! Nobody seemed to care how distressed I was. It is ridiculous how hard this company makes it to get medical care!

The first thing I noticed was that none of the employees from pharmacy, reception, nursing staff and even doctors were wearing masks. I guess eventually they are optional but at a medical facility I expected a few. The facility itself is very clean inside, despite being in a very rough part of town. The appointment said 9:05 when I booked it so I arrived at 9:00. Then I looked online and the actual appointment time was 9:20. They had me waiting in the lobby until 9:30.

It Is a very good place To check up Kaiser Permanente Kent it's good every doctors are very nice and helpful especially Dr.McKay Alexander is our family doctor and he is really nice caring and really hard working

they shipped our baby's medicine to another facility nowhere near where we live so we had to come in and pay for it during our appointment. very clever. a majority of the nursing staff are unfriendly, the ones in the lobby uncaring and are quite often rude. today we had an appointment and they refused to help us sign in, and then wouldn't even tell us where to go after surprising us with lab work for the baby. as if we were supposed to know after the checkup we miraculously know where to go. they were very unaccommodating to a newborn that had to have blood drawn, bleeding him out into a vial as if he's a lab rat. kaiser continues to disappoint me and make us feel more like a number than a person. our entire medical field like everything else needs a major, major overhaul.
