Can I give a zero star? I went here and was sent to the other Kent location, thank goodness they sent me over because it smelled like pot there. Like it's very strong. While the other Kent location had 4cars and only 2guys working.. this location had no cars just one car.. and it's probably their car pretending to work on it. Don't go to this one. Do your self a favor and go to the one next to Kent-Meridian High School. The guys there did terrific Job.

In my entire life I have only been to Jiffy lube twice. The first time I came in for an oil change in federalway location and They only filled up my oil to the minimum mark. This time I drove by this kent location and needed an oil change. So I drove in and specifically told them to fill up the oil all the way to the Max where it is supposed to be. After they where done with my oil change and gave me back my vehicle. I quickly went to check if they filled my oil up to the Max where i asked them. Not only did they not even fill it up to the middle mark, they made my whole car smell like oil burn the whole day. Ether they spilled oil all over my engine bay or they didn't tighten something. So now I have to go to another shop and have them check it all out.This service cost me $170 and this is a 2021 vehicle.Very Disappointed with this service.

The whole process with dealing with Jiffy Lube was very difficult, they said they matched their competitors coupons, and when I presented mine, it was not honored. I am extremely dissatisfied with Jiffy Lube and I will be contacting the corporate office.

Last week, while at Jiffy Lube on 104th Ave SE in Kent, I was helped by Toby C., Daniel H., Miquon P., and Chinda X.During my first visit, though the store didn't have a filter that fit our vehicle, the guys were super helpful. I told them I wasn't the one who usually drove the car, so they gave me the names of a few nearby places that carried a variety of filters. They also provided additional information that could help me save money during future oil changes.After buying a filter, I returned to the store and Chinda X. completed the oil change quickly and seamlessly.I really like that this store now provides "drive-thru" service, which means I was able to remain in the car throughout the entire process.If you are looking for a friendly crew who goes above and beyond for the customer, I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in Kent on 104th!

It’s been two weeks since I serviced my car here, when I asked about my receipt they told me our printer isn’t working right now, so asked me about my email so they can send me my receipt, but they didn’t send anything, afterwards I been there thrice all the time they take email from me n say we will send you ASAP, as the boss comes, but it’s two weeks already, I don’t know how they do their business, won’t come here again for sure ?

We went to 4 different Jiffy Lube's this morning and were turned away multiple times. When we arrived to this location Sayso & his team out did themselves. They made sure we were taken care of and went above & beyond to help us out with recommendations for our vehicle. We will travel to this location whenever we need an oil change. Thanks again for all the help!!

They didn't brief me on what was done. They didn't tell me whether the other fluids were topped off or whether my tires were properly inflated. They did not check whether my lights were functioning. The only service I received was an oil change. It was completed with very little interaction from staff.

Jamol helped me put in one of my headlights, didn’t charge me, great generosity and care. It was difficult to replace my headlight. The place I purchased from the headlight couldn’t do it. I am so great full to this young man. I will definitely will be using this place for oil changes in the future! Thanks Jamol!

I went there because the bolt was overtightened to the point of breaking. When I explained the matter to Big Guy Jamal, he told me it was my responsibility. and began cursing at me. He was anything but professional. He flips me off and treats customers disrespectfully. He is the one who did this, as the picture shows, and he is refusing to take it out after threatening to charge me. following his actions. In addition, he charged me $140 for replacing the map sensor, even though it only took 20 minutes instead of the predicted hour and a half. I wouldn’t even wanna come back at all.

I came to this location for a top off 11/27 shortly before 11am. Dude was cool he told me " my plug wasn't screwed all the way in and it was leaking a little oil slowly but don't worry , we tightened it and it's not leaking and is good to go" I go home park my car leave for a trip come back and take my car in for oil change , and the guy tells me the screw was so tight it striped the threads and some Sealant of some type was used pretty much I have to get a new oil pan etc because they can't put it back on do to the damage. I called them next morning as I found this all out close to closing on Sunday and my luck the manger isn't in. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this location they just caused me to have to pay 360$ for issue caused by their employees, now if I lived in Seattle area I would of brought it back to them but needles to say I live in Portland.
