Please beware I would highly recommend staying away from this place the so called president and owner of this place Quyen Luu is the most shadiest person I have ever met, he is a scammer and will literally steal money from you. I am currently in the process of going to small claims court with him because he is attempting to steal $1,000 dollars from me. could write a 100 pages on my very terrible experience but ill just make it short and say that he is committing fraud with out any hesitation. we were in the middle of negotiating a deal and he said for us to move forward we need to write a check just as deposit and he would draw up contract next day. well next day he deposited the check into his account and there was no contract ever written and when called dozens of time will not answer phone and still no where to be found. I just filled compliant with BBB and filled a case with small claims court because this isn't just about the money but the audacity that in this day in age people think they can get away with something like that. SMH terrible place I have never dealt with anything like this ever.

Please warning ? to anyone looking to do any kind of business with this place, HUYS AUTO CENTER they are frauds they take your money with no intention of going thru with anything discussed. This is an extremely poor company with terrible customer service and dubious at best. the bottom line is these frauds have ripped countless people out of their money. We need to get them shut down. I can prove everything I write here with screenshots! What upsets me the most is that they have wasted my time that I can not get back and now attempting to littirly STEAL MONEY Blatantly. I Have a small business that just started two years ago and was in need of a place to lease, its hard enough running a small business and being parent to small children. I have purchased several cars here as well have my friends and relatives. I have also contracted them to sell a few of my cars on consignment. Great results every time. Fair and not high pressure.

Went driving down pac highway to the various auto body shops. Got turned away for having a car that was over 20 yrs old from 3 places. Folks were hella rude about it. My car is a 2000).stumbled upon this place and they took great care to educate me on my options and work on my vehicle in a timely manner!

Bought a new Honda CRV 2000. It was a nice car until Buckys in Lynnwood Washington messed it up so bad it's been sitting in my driveway for a good while now. Hopefully someone will be nice and fix Buckys mistakes. I really really like the vehicle.

Although I could write a lengthy descriptive reflection of my experience at this business I will keep this short and express that I definitely do not recommend doing business with this place. I did purchase a vehicle in 2017 and later took it back to get some work done. I have evidence that the man you will deal with here is willing to lie (multiple times). There's a possibility that your time will not be respected as he has committed to appointments and then he was not there (whether it was due to traffic or due to him assuming the appointment was at a different time and never once checking the texted messages he sent confirming the actual appointment time). I also realized that they purchase damaged vehicles rebuild and resell them. Unfortunately I could tell that the quality of the work was poor. I regret purchasing a vehicle from this business. Not only due to the quality of the vehicles but most importantly due to the unprofessional execution of business.

Great guys. Came over to this place when my car window was broken into. At first, I waited for them to fix it since I didn't have a ride home. They didn't find the right window since my 07 Toyota was made in America and not Japan. They went around town and were able to find the a replacement window, but was already late, past 8pm. Instead of having me wait longer, the owner offered to drive me back to Fed Way. Personal car service? Wow! That went above and beyond. Got the car back the next day, window replaced within one day. Tip of the day: Don't leave anything in your car when parked. Even a crappy backpack gives the thieves incentive to break in. ARGH!! The window cost waaaay more than the old backpack with old gym clothes.
