do not rent cars from this location, i repeat do not attempt!!!! you will regret it..... ramone is not professional nor helpful at all..... hertz is a joke..... go thru enterprise close by trust me! there's a reason why they're downsizing (customer service)!! i will completely update and inform you of my headache of this rental place (emphasis on this location), which is the worst in the country after i go thru this unfortunate process!!! corporate really needs to revamp this whole enitre facility as well as the entirety of the company. i'm telling you do not, i repeat do not do business with these people!!! you will solely regret it!!!

Worst rental experience I've ever had. They reserved the wrong type of vehicle after telling them multiple times I need a pickup (like an F-150), instead they set up a 24 foot box truck! Trying to contact them by phone is absolutely ridiculous, you spend 5 minutes going through a phone tree and when you finally get the option to talk to a person it disconnects you EVERY time! Unbelievable frustration dealing with this location and Hertz in general. I only used them because our insurance directed us to them. I've never had an experience like this dealing with Enterprise and I will never recommend Hertz to anyone I care about. If I could give zero stars it would be more accurate.

This is the office where my husband and I rent cars for Uber. We've been in the office a few times and LaDonn has always gone above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Highly recommend this office and LaDonn.

I’m using three of my powerful google accounts to Blast this out! Worst customer service, I called ahead of time. I called one hour ahead! They said they will be fine with me coming in. I reserved a vehicle. They denied me. The lady denied me. I traveled all the way from Everett. I wasn’t even greeted hi welcome how are you. No customer service! Worst of the worst I ever experience. I was really treated horrible.

An absolute nightmare to work with, we were involved in a hit and run and insurance will only pay for rental through hertz, they're hours were until 5pm, but we called at 4:30 to let them know we were coming and they were closed. Showed up 2 days later when they reopened (called ahead at 11) and walked in and Jordan was on his iphone and didn't even put it down and rudely stated "we don't have any cars left" and went back to scrolling on his phone, we asked how long it would take or for literally any information and he said "I don't know" while looking at his phone.

I have always had the greatest experience with Ramone and this Hertz office Customer service is her total focus. She serves it with great compassion for each individual.

Ms. Romone Davis helped me find a vehicle in another location, since there was a little glitch in the reservation from my insurance company. She found a car at a nearby location and it was ready and warm for me when I got there. She was friendly and personable. I will return to her and Hertz if I need a rental again.

The Rep was extremely rude, but I got her together twice once picking up the car and once dropping it off. Will never utilize this location again, I travel a lot n this by far doesn't deserve 1
