The quintessential neighborhood corner market. I'll typically avoid here during school days/hours. But outside of that, they have all your food/drink essentials. A very large selection of various drinks and snacks makes it the perfect stop for said items. But the true hidden gem is the food! The fresh made sandwiches aren't gourmet by any means but it's a good home made sandwich. And the pizza made fresh is surprisingly delicious! It's one of my daughter's favorite spot for a quick lunch. The people are always super nice there too and when they bake cookies, those are great too! Happy to have a corner store that has become one of our family's weekend stops.

Foss pizza is some of the best around! Their BBQ chicken pizza is our family favorite! We call in pizza or sandwich orders all the time. If you grew up around here, you know that Foss is a staple. They have so much history and they're proud of it. They treat you like family and have great customer service. Love supporting a small business!

I haven’t checked Foss in a long time. The last time that I visited Foss was around 2019. Now 4 years later which it’s now, I decided to stop by there after a long time to try their pizza once again, and I still love their pizza! I really love this place while I was still at Kentwood High School at the time. During lunch period, me and my friends like to walk all the way to Foss. Those were good old times as a high schooler. The staffs are awesome as always. I will definitely stop by there again once in a while whenever I’m off or not busy.

The workers that were working when i went in there are racist. I also ended up buying expired items that got me sick. I once gave them a $10 bill for a $4 item and never got any change back. I don't recommend going to that store. It's a waste of time.

Sad and overpriced, the blt was soggy, sour and un toasted it was 8 dollars for microwaved bacon, sour mayo and soggy untoast bread.

Love me some tasty, handmade sandwiches and pizza (by the slice or a whole pizza) from Foss! Old school charm and everyone is always friendly, but I've been going for the better part of a decade now.Bigger than a 7-11, but smaller than a grocery store, they have most everything you'd need... Only issue is they aren't open late, and their deli closes at 6 pm.

Hidden gem. We were going to kayak at a nearby lake and looking for a place to get sandwiches to take. They have a perfect country style deli and the gal working it was super friendly, precise and efficient. While waiting, we discovered a bunch of cool items that you wouldn't expect from the looks. Again, a hidden gem! Sandwiches were great, and reasonably priced. If you're in the neighborhood, this is the spot!
