“This is the best Metro by T-Mobile location I have been to.I was in the search of a new cell phone for my son. I found one at the Metro by T-Mobile dealer at Westfield Southcenter and was ready to finalize the transaction, until I saw charges for my $49 phone go to nearly $200. I understand there's a new line activation fee and prepayment of the first month's service, but when I saw a case and screen protector that I didn't ask for added to my total, I started asking questions. When they declined to remove the case and screen protector, I walked out.I found they weren't the only dealer that automatically adds unwanted accessories to a purchase, either.I called Metro by T-Mobile on Washington Ave. N, and to see if they had a particular device in stock, and they said they did. Having that "used car salesman" feeling with my experience at the mall, I was cautious at first. To my surprise, they were very friendly and honest! They told me about available cases and screen protectors, but it wasn't a requirement to purchase the device at the advertised price. I walked out with the phone we wanted in my hand, and they even gave my son a lollipop!I am so impressed with their honesty and transparency, I plan to revisit this store to switch my service to Metro by T-Mobile, even though I have no complaints with my current provider.This location deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Great service, honest, and an outstanding experience!”

“This 7-Eleven has got to be the absolute best 7-Eleven in King county. The two ladies that work here, Dianna and Traci are such awesome, friendly ladies. I stopped by for a bite to eat and some sports drinks, went for my favorite: Buffalo Chicken Rollers and noticed there was only one left but I wanted three and they quickly asked me if I would like them to make me fresh ones. Most 7-Elevens will NOT care to ask you if you'd like them to make you more of the food items you want and if you ask them if they could make more, they'll give you the emphatic "NO!" or just simply ignore you. Not only the hospitality was fantastic, the store was clean as well! Thank you Dianna and Traci!”
“The sales person Joel at the Kent Station location in Washington was very helpful yesterday when I purchased the S24 Ultra and was even more helpful when I came back today because the phone had touch screen issues that couldn't be resolved by doing a factory reset. He did a little more troubleshooting but it ended needing to be replaced. He quickly got a replacement an i was on my way out to enjoy the rest of my day.”

The man that always seems to be working there is always nice, and anytime I order a taquito (which is every time lol), he always uses a glove and then he makes sure to hand me the taquito bag instead of putting it on the counter (which I've seen employees at other 7-11s do - ew!) “Been to this Target location many times. Like shopping here since it has a great selection of items on sale and on regular retails prices. Whatever I need, I can usually find them here if I am shopping at a Target store.Parking is pretty easy outside. A lot of spaces to park your car at.Reasonable prices for certain items. Good to earn reward money to spend and order ahead of time on the Mobile App as well.It can get pretty crowded, though. Have visited a few times when there were tons of people, which was a bit stressful since people were everywhere. Every aisle you went, there was somebody browsing around.A Starbucks is available to get drinks at, too.”
